Complexity is one of our main challenges in project management.

Two main methodologies to handle projects and complexity

To efficiently deal with complexity we need long term planning and high responsiveness.

We cannot process this level of high complexity fast enough to combine both approaches.

Limitation:AI will not come up with it’s own projects any time soon. It’s not creative, just a clever calculator.

With the help of AI we can combine Agile and Waterfall project management.

Benefit from the good sides of both worlds!
