ColoursAliWood stock several wood look timber finishes, as detailed below. Timber grain varies, as do AliWood timber grains. We do have other colours available on request. We can powdercoat our mill finish range to any colour you wish, in the Dulux and Interpon ranges.

The Benefits of Building with Aluminium

Aluminium is one-third the weight of steel, meaning parts can be made thicker and stronger while still reduc-ing weight for easy installation.

Aluminium is lighter, stronger and more durable than most timbers.

Due to a low melting temperature, aluminium is economically and infinitely recyclable. Nearly 75% of all aluminium produced worldwide is still in use today.

Aluminium will not burn or ignite and is certified to comply with Australia’s National Construction Code (NCC) as a non-combustible material.

Pre-finished systems and simple interlocking fixing system makes for quick and easy installation.

Guaranteed not to rot, split, warp or check. Highly resistant to damage caused by termites and fungal decay.

Our aluminium systems have under-gone rigorous testing at Australian Laboratories and comply to Australian Standards for non combustibility heat and smoke release, wind loading & span ratings.

Simply wash down every 6 months with warm water & a so� cloth.

Using the Clip-On fixing method, AliWood screening is quick and easy to install, hence providing the end-users with a hassle free screening option.

Decking-

AliWood Aluminium Decking is ideal for quick installation and fire prone areas. Perfect for patios, floating floors, je�y’s and commercial applications.

AliWood Ribbed Decking is a 100% watertight system. The secret screw interlocking design allows for huge savings in installation time and comes with ASNZ Standard approvals for slip and load bearing. We can manufacture to order for zero waste on Commercial projects.

The AliWood 2 piece Decking Slat gives the more traditional decking look, also with concealed fixings. Our AS4586:2013 Slip resistance report can be found on our website.

AliWood louvres are designed to suit a DIY approach. Our system is easy, fast and they require minimal tools to assemble. AliWood can supply louvre banks ready to stand, cut up as a kit form for the handy man to assemble or forward the product with an installation manual to follow. Sound Barrier-

The AliWood Sound Barrier SB system uses steel ‘I Beams’ for roadside systems and can span 4.8 metres at a maximum height of 5 metres! AliWood SB will be manufactured to your specifications, ensuring no waste. One 4.8m length of AliWood SB weighs less than 20KG, thus installation mitigates the need for heavy machinery and expense!

All our Sound Barrier Products are manufactured to 6061T6 Grade, ensuring highest quality strength is supplied and no maintenance is required. Fully engineered and approved by Department of Main Roads QLD. The AliWood Sound Barrier SB system is also terrific for retaining walls up to 1.2m high, raised garden beds, garden edging and fencing. Colours range from standard powder coat finishes, to wood grain finishes.
