Melamin

Die folgenden Servierartikel bestehen aus 100% Melamin und haben Vorteile, die Profis im täglichen Gebrauch zu schätzen wissen:

- erstklassige Porzellan-Optik- extrem bruchsicher, daher keine gefährlichen Scherben- glänzende und harte Oberfläche- robust und stabil- lebensmittelecht, hygienisch, geruchs- und geschmacksneutral- formbeständig und geräuscharm- temperaturbeständig -30o - +70o (entspricht Richtlinie 2002 / 72 / EC)

Anwendungshinweis:- die Artikel sind nicht für den Einsatz in der Mikrowelle, Heißluftdämpfern oder auf Öfen geeignet- nicht für das Kochen oder Braten einsetzbar

Melamin Geschirr kann man als synthetisches Porzellan bezeichnen, da es aus einer Kombination von Zellstoff und Harz besteht und daher die gleichen Eigenschaften aufweisen kann. Es verfügt über herausragende Materialeigenschaften, die sich gegenüber Glas und Porzellan bezüglich der Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit einen deutlichen Vorsprung verschaffen. Die ausgesprochen hohe Belastbarkeit und die Material Unempfind-lichkeit haben sich in der Gastronomie bewährt.

Garantierte QualitätAPS Melaminprodukte entsprechen der Richtlinie 2002 / 72 / EC der Europäischen Kommission. Diese enthält Bestimmungen für Materialien aus Kunststoff, welche mit Lebensmitteln in Berüh-rung kommen.Wir arbeiten sehr eng mit den Zertifizierungsinstitutionen Inter-tek und TÜV zusammen und können somit die Lebensmittelechtheit (LFGB Regulation) der APS Melaminartikel garantieren.

Just as the name suggests the elegant lines of this series illustrate a flowing waterfall. This striking curved element gives the individual bowls and trays direction and helps create functional value as a handle. The aligned heights allow for interesting and impressive buffet assemblies, with flowing levels that set the stage for the presentation of the cuisine.

This simple assortment of trays, with wide borderless surfaces, has been designed specifically for the crossover-gastronomy. Die Form folgt der Funktion und wirkt doch bestimmend für das Produkt "Apart".

Professional catering places special demands on form, as well as functional and decorative aspects. The idea of a series of dishes with a distinctive edge area is implemented playfully by means of an asymmetric form with trendy retro elements. The function of convenient handling is combined with the possibility of creative and stylish presentation of foods. Form follows function and is the determining factor for the product “Apart”.
