We hope this letter finds you well. We are thankful for you and continue to praythat the Lord will bless you in all ways.

We have had a busy couple of months. There have been several short-term teamshere, so the pace has picked up. It is always a blessing to see how God works

through the short-term missionary teams. They are never the same when they leave.We meet these very special people who impact our lives in so many ways. Its ablessing to have them here, but hard to say good-bye.

We continue to grow in our roles here, and to grow in the Lord. We say that becausethere are many days that we feel inadequate, unprepared and have no answer forwhat lies ahead. So, the Lord is showing us how much we need to rely on Him, be-cause without Him, we are inadequate for this ministry.

With all the things we have seen and experienced so far, good and bad, the Lord isstill our main focus and the reason we are here. We have been thinking a lot aboutthis ministry and our lives that revolve around it. It occurred to us that none of thisshould take center stage or be the main thing. When we read any book in Scripture,even Jonah, Ruth or another book that focuses on a particular persons story, we of-

ten forget that the story is really about God, no matter whos name is in the title.Without God, there is no story. Without God, there is no history, your history or ourhistory.

So we continue this mission with you all at our side, and a fresh focus on the Lordwho is leading and guiding us through every peak, valley, ascent and decent. Wehave discovered that the dark days are not the times when He has abandoned us butare just the shadows from His hand in which He holds us.

So we thank you for continuing to support us and continuing to love us, even thoughwe dont always deserve it. By supporting and loving us, you are supporting andloving the One who is behind us, beside us, and ahead of us, and always holding usin His hand, the Lord Jesus Christ.

We love you all and by His grace will continue to bring His love and kindness to thekids at Casa de Fe.
