Study confirms high potential

Eine von der Firma RegioPlan Consulting erstellte Studie bescheinigt demProjekt hervorragende Marktchancen.

Die Bewertung für die Nutzung als Logistik- und Gewerbestandort wirdin dieser Analyse mit „sehr gut” bezeichnet. Dabei werden vor allem dieoptimale Verkehrslage und die überregionale Erreichbarkeit sowie diegroße Flächenverfügbarkeit und die gegebenen Erweiterungsmöglichkeitenals besonders positiv betont.

Die im Zusammenhang mit dieser Studie durchgeführte Bedarfsprüfungzeigt, dass im Vergleich zu anderen CEE-Staaten zurzeit noch ein geringermoderner Bestand an Logistikflächen gegeben ist. Somit wird ein großesWachstumspotenzial prognostiziert.

The analysis awarded the grade of „very good” in its evaluation of thelocation for logistics and commercial use. The excellent infrastructure andnationwide accessibility as well as the abundance of land and the existingoptions for expansion were especially emphasized during the assessment.

A needs analysis in connection with this study indicates that only fewmodern facilities suitable for logistics already exist, as opposed to otherCEE countries. Consequently, a large potential for growth is forecasted.

Das gesamte Projekt ist in zwei Phasen unterteilt.Zunächst soll der Abschnitt 1 mit den beiden Grund-stücksflächen 12 und 13 realisiert werden. Danachfolgt mit Fläche 14 die Phase 2.
