Merkblatt zum Integrationskurs für bereits länger in Deutschland lebende Ausländerinnen und Ausländer, Unionsbürgerinnen und Unionsbürger sowie deutsche Staatsangehörige ohne ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

Liebe Mitbürgerin, lieber Mitbürger,

wenn Sie als Ausländerin oder Ausländer bereits seit längerer Zeit in Deutschland leben oder wenn Sie Unionsbürgerin oder Unionsbürger sind oder wenn Sie als Deutsche oder Deutscher keine ausreichenden Deutschkenntnisse haben, können Sie beim Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge einen Antrag auf Zulassung zur Teilnahme an einem Integrationskurs stellen.

Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die noch eine Schule besuchen, können nicht am Integrationskurs teilnehmen.

UWas ist ein Integrationskurs?

Der allgemeine Integrationskurs besteht aus einem Sprachkurs mit 600 Unterrichtsstunden und einem Orientierungskurs mit 45 Unterrichtsstunden. Der Sprachkurs besteht aus Kursabschnitten mit jeweils 100 Stunden. Die ersten 300 Stunden werden Basissprachkurs genannt, die darauffolgenden 300 Stunden Aufbausprachkurs.

Im Sprachkurs lernen Sie den Wortschatz, den Sie zum Sprechen und Schreiben im Alltag brauchen. Dazu gehören Kontakte zu Behörden, Gespräche mit Nachbarn und Arbeitskollegen, das Schreiben von Briefen und das Ausfüllen von Formularen.

Der Orientierungskurs informiert Sie über das Leben in Deutschland und vermittelt Ihnen Wissen über die Rechtsordnung, die Kultur und die jüngere Geschichte des Landes.

Es gibt auch spezielle Integrationskurse zum Beispiel für Frauen, Eltern, Jugendliche sowie für Personen, die nicht richtig lesen und schreiben können. Diese Kurse dauern 945 Unterrichtsstunden. Wenn Sie besonders schnell lernen, können Sie einen Intensivkurs besuchen. Dieser dauert nur 430 Unterrichtsstunden.

Welcher Kurs für Sie der richtige ist und mit welchem Kursabschnitt Sie beginnen sollten, stellt der Kursträger in einem Test vor Kursbeginn fest.

UTeilnahme am Abschlusstest

Der Abschlusstest besteht aus einer Sprachprüfung und dem Test zum Orientierungskurs. Wenn Sie in der Sprachprüfung ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse nachweisen und den Test zum Orientierungskurs bestehen, haben Sie den Integrationskurs erfolgreich abgeschlossen und erhalten das „Zertifikat Integrationskurs“.

Wenn Sie nicht erfolgreich waren, erhalten Sie nur eine Bescheinigung über das erreichte Ergebnis.

Die Teilnahme am Abschlusstest ist kostenlos.

UVorteile durch die Teilnahme am Integrationskurs

Ausländerinnen und Ausländer, die aus einem Land kommen, das nicht zur Europäischen Union gehört, müssen einige Voraussetzungen erfüllen, wenn sie ein unbefristetes Aufenthaltsrecht in Deutschland erhalten wollen. Unter anderem müssen Sie ausreichende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sowie Grundkenntnisse der Rechts- und Gesellschaftsordnung und der Lebensverhältnisse in Deutschland haben. Mit dem erfolgreichen Abschluss des Integrationskurses sind diese Voraussetzungen erfüllt. Außerdem können Sie dann gegebenenfalls früher eingebürgert werden.

Darüber hinaus erleichtern die in den Integrationskursen erworbenen Deutschkenntnisse den Alltag in Deutschland und erhöhen die Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt.

UZulassung zum Integrationskurs durch das Bundesamt und Anmeldung beim Kursträger

Bitte füllen Sie den Antrag auf Zulassung vollständig und gut leserlich aus. Sie können sich auch an einen Kursträger in Ihrer Nähe wenden, der Ihnen bei der Antragstellung hilft. Senden Sie den Antrag dann an die für Ihren Wohnort zuständige Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes.

Wenn Sie zur Teilnahme an einem Integrationskurs zugelassen werden, erhalten Sie eine schriftliche Bestätigung durch das Bundesamt (Berechtigungsschein). Gleichzeitig erhalten Sie auch eine Liste der Kursträger, die in der Nähe Ihres Wohnortes Integrationskurse durchführen.

Ihre Zulassung zum Integrationskurs ist zwei Jahre gültig. In der Bestätigung steht unter „Die Teilnahmeberechtigung ist gültig bis...“ ein Datum, bis zu dem Sie sich bei einem Kursträger zum Integrationskurs anmelden können. Bitte melden Sie sich deshalb so bald wie möglich an und legen Sie dem Kursträger Ihren Berechtigungsschein vor!

Der Kursträger muss Ihnen den voraussichtlichen Beginn eines Kurses mitteilen. Der Kurs sollte nicht später als drei Monate nach Ihrer Anmeldung beginnen. Kommt in dieser Zeit kein Integrationskurs zustande, muss Sie der Kursträger informieren. Sie können dann selbst entscheiden, ob Sie noch länger warten oder sich bei einem anderen Kursträger anmelden wollen. In diesem Fall muss Ihnen der Kursträger den Berechtigungsschein zurückgeben.

UOrdnungsgemäße Kursteilnahme

Damit Sie das Ziel des Integrationskurses erreichen, sollten Sie ordnungsgemäß am Kurs teilnehmen. Das bedeutet, dass Sie den Unterricht regelmäßig besuchen und am Abschlusstest teilnehmen. Die ordnungsgemäße Kursteilnahme ist für Sie auch wichtig, wenn Sie Fahrtkosten erhalten oder später den Aufbausprachkurs wiederholen wollen. Ihr Kursträger bestätigt Ihnen die ordnungsgemäße Teilnahme schriftlich, wenn Sie dies wünschen.

UKosten des Integrationskurses

Sie müssen einen Kostenbeitrag in Höhe von 1 Euro pro Unterrichtsstunde an den Kursträger bezahlen. Dieser Kostenbeitrag ist vor Beginn eines jeden Kursabschnittes von 100 Unterrichtsstunden und vor dem Orientierungskurs zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie im Unterricht fehlen, kann Ihnen der Kostenbeitrag für die versäumten Stunden nicht zurückgezahlt werden. Wenn Sie kein eigenes Einkommen haben, muss diejenige Person den Kostenbeitrag bezahlen, die verpflichtet ist, für Ihren Unterhalt zu sorgen.

Sie können vom Kostenbeitrag befreit werden, wenn Sie Arbeitslosengeld II oder Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt (Sozialhilfe) bekommen oder Ihnen die Zahlung wegen Ihres geringen Einkommens besonders schwer fällt. Die Befreiung vom Kostenbeitrag müssen Sie schriftlich bei der Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes beantragen, die für Sie zuständig ist (siehe Adressenliste). Den Nachweis über die Befreiungsgründe fügen Sie bitte bei (Kopie der entsprechenden

Bescheinigung). Bitte stellen Sie den Antrag spätestens mit der Anmeldung beim Kursträger. Wenn Sie vom Kostenbeitrag befreit sind, müssen Sie dem Bundesamt sofort mitteilen, wenn Sie Arbeitslosengeld II oder Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt (Sozialhilfe) nicht mehr erhalten oder sich Ihre finanziellen Verhältnisse ändern.

URückerstattung des Kostenbeitrags

Wenn Sie nach dem 08.12.2007 erfolgreich am Abschlusstest teilgenommen haben, kann Ihnen das Bundesamt 50 % des gezahlten Kostenbeitrags zurückbezahlen. Dies gilt aber nur, wenn zwischen dem Ausstellen Ihrer Teilnahmebestätigung und dem Abschlusstest nicht mehr als zwei Jahre vergangen sind. Für die Rückerstattung müssen Sie bei der zuständigen Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes einen Antrag stellen.

UFahrtkosten

Wenn Sie vom Bundesamt von der Zahlung eines Kostenbeitrags befreit wurden, bekommen Sie die notwendigen Fahrtkosten erstattet. Hierzu müssen Sie einen Antrag beim Bundesamt stellen, in dem Sie die Fahrtkosten begründen. Grundsätzlich können Fahrtkosten nur bei ordnungsgemäßer Kursteilnahme bezahlt werden.

UWiederholung des Aufbausprachkurses

Wenn Sie in der Sprachprüfung keine ausreichenden Deutschkenntnisse nachweisen konnten, können Sie einmal 300 Unterrichtsstunden (Aufbausprachkurs) wiederholen. Voraussetzung ist aber, dass Sie regelmäßig am Unterricht und am Abschlusstest teilgenommen haben.

Die Teilnahme am Sprachtest nach den Wiederholungsstunden ist auch kostenlos.

Wenn Sie den Aufbausprachkurs wiederholen wollen, müssen Sie beim Bundesamt einen Antrag stellen.

Të dashur qytetarë,

në qoftë se ju jetoni si të huaj prej kohësh në Gjermani ose jeni qytetarë te Bashkimit Europian ose ju si gjerman nuk keni njohuri te majftueshme të gjuhës gjermane, atëherë ju mund të bëni një kërkesë tek Zyra e Emigracionit dhe e Rrefugjatëve për të marrë pjesë në një kurs integrimi.

Fëmijët, të rinjtë si dhe të rinj më të rritur, të cilët janë në shkollë nuk mund të marrin pjesë në kurset e integrimit.

UÇfarë është një kurs integrimi?

Kursi i përgjithshëm i integrimit përbëhet nga një kurs gjuhe me 600 orë mësimi si dhe një kursorientimi me 45 orë mesimi. Kursi i gjuhës përbëhet nga faza dhe çdo fazë ka përkatësisht 100 orë . 300 orët e para do të quhen kursi bazë i gjuhës, ndersa 300 orët e tjera do të jenë kurs më i zgjeruar i gjuhës.

Në kursin e gjuhës ju mësoni një fjalor, i cili ju nevojitet për të folur dhe shkruar në jetën e përditshme. Në këtë aspekt bëjnë pjesë komunikimi me institucionet zyrtare, biseda me fqinjët dhe kolegët e punës, shkrimi dhe formulimi i letrave si dhe plotësimi i formularëve.

Kursi i orientimit ju informon juve mbi jetën në Gjermani si dhe ju jep njohuri mbi rendin juridik,kulturën dhe historinë e vendit.

Ka edhe kurse speziale integrimi p.sh. për gra, prindër, të rinj si dhe për persona të cilët nuk dinë mirë te shkruajnë dhe të lexojnë. Këto përbëhen nga 945 orë mësimi. Në qoftë se ju mësoni shpejt, atëherë ju mund të bëni një kurs intensiv. Ky kurs përbëhet nga 430 orë mësimi.

Se cili kurs dhe cila fazë është më e përshtashme për ju për të filluar kursin përcaktohet nga organizatori i kursit ma anën e një provimi (testi) para fillimit të kursit.

UPjesëmarrja ne provimin (testin) përfundimtar

Provimi (testi) përfundimtar përbëhet nga një provim gjuhe dhe testi ne kursin e orientimit. Në qoftë se ju në provimin e gjuhës dispononi njohuri të mjaftueshme të gjuhës gjermane dhe e merrni provimin (testin) e kursit te orientimit, atëherë ju e keni përfunduar me sukses kursin e integrimit dhe merrni dëshminë e kursit te integrimit „Zertifikat Integrationskurs“.Në qoftë se ju nuk e mbaroni me sukses provimin (testin), atëherë juve ju jepet nje vërtetim me rezultatin e arritur.

Pjesëmarrja ne provimin (testin) përfundimtar është pa pagesë.

Informacione për kurse integrimi Zyra Federale e emigracionit dhe e rrefugjatëve

UAvantazhet e pjesëmarrjes ne kursin e integrimit

Të huajt, të cilët vijnë nga një shtet i cili nuk bën pjesë në Bashkimin Europian duhet të plotësojne disakushte në qoftë se ata duan të marrin një leje të pakufizuar (përhershme) qëndrimi në Gjermani. Përveçtë tjerash ata duhet të kenë njohuri te mjaftueshme te gjuhës gjermane, njohuritë bazë të rendit (shtetit) juridik, shoqerise gjermane si dhe të mënyres se jetesës në Gjermani. Me përfundimin me sukses tëkursit të integrimit ju i keni përmbushur kushtet e mësiperme. Përveç kësaj ju mund të merrni më shpejtshtetësine gjermane.

Përveç kësaj njohuritë e marra në kursin e integrimit jua lehtësojnë jetën e përditshme në Gjermani sidhe i rrisin shanset tuaja në tregun e punës.

UPranimi në kursin e integrimit nga zyra federale dhe rregjistrimi tek organizatori i kursit

Ju lutemi, plotësoni kërkesën (formularët) me një shkrim të qartë e të lexueshëm. Ju mund t’i drejtoheni edhe ndonjë organizatori te kursit, i cili mund t’ju ndihmojë në plotësimin e kërkesës. Pastaj dergoni kërkesën në zyrën përkatëse të zyrës federale rajonale.

Në qoftë se ju pranoheni të merrni pjesë ne kursin e integrimit, atëherë ju do të njoftoheni me anën e një vërtetimi me shkrim nga zyra federale. Njkohësisht ju do të merrni një listë me organizatorët e kursit, të cilët organizojnë kurse integrimi në afërsi të vendbanimit tuaj.

Fletëpranimi në kursin e integrimit është i vlefshëm për dy vite. Në vërtetimin e pranimit është dhëne një datë, dhe deri në këtë datë ju duhet te shkoni tek një organizator kursi që të rregjistroheni. Ju lutem, rregjistrohuni sa më shpejt të jetë e mundur duke i paraqitur organizatorit të kursit vërtetimin e pranimit.

Organizatori i kursit duhet t’ju tregoje juve përafërsisht se kur fillon ndonje kurs. Kursi nuk duhet të fillojë më vonë se tre muaj nga dita e rregjistrimit. Në qoftë se në këtë kohë nuk organizohet ndonjë kurs, atëherë organizatori i kursit duhet t’ju informoje ju për këtë. Ju mund të vendosni vetë, a deshironi të prisni apo të rregjistroheni tek një tjetër organizator kursi. Në këtë rast organizatori i kursit duhet t’jua kthejë juve vertetimin e pranimit.

URregullat e pjesmarrjes

Në mënyre që ju ta arrini qëllimin e kursit te integrimit, duhet që ju të merrni pjesë rregullisht në të. Kjo do të thotë që ju duhet të merrni pjesë rregullisht ne mësim si dhe ne provimin (testin) përfundimtar. Pjesmarrja rregullisht në kurs është edhe për ju me rëndësi, në qoftë se juve ju paguhen shpenzimet e udhëtimit ose në qoftë se më vonë dëshironi të përsërisni kursin më të përparuar. Organizatori jua vërteton me shkrim pjesëmarrjen tuaj në kurs, në qoftë se ju e dëshironi një gjë të tillë.

UShpenzimet e kursit të integrimit

Ju duhet t’i paguani organizatorit të kursit 1€ (1EURO) për orë mësimi. Kjo shumë duhet të paguhet në çdo fillim faze 100 orëshe të kursit dhe para fillimit të kursit të orientimit. Në qoftë se ju mungoni në mësim, atëherë nuk ju paguhet shuma për orët e humbura të mësimit. Në qoftë se ju nuk keni të ardhura financiare, atëherë shumën e kërkuar duhet ta paguajë personi i cili është përgjegjës për ju.

Ju mund të çliroheni nga pagesa, në qoftë se ju trajtoheni nga shteti me paratë e papunesisë II(Arbeitslosengeld II), trajtoheni me ndihmë sociale (Sozialhilfe) ose meqë ju fitoni shumë pak nuk jeninë gjëndje të paguani. Kërkesën për perjashtim nga pagesa ju duhet ta bëni me shkrim tek zyra

Informacione për kurse integrimi Zyra Federale e emigracionit dhe e rrefugjatëve

federale rajonale, e cila është përgjegjëse për ju (shiko listën e adresave). Vërtetimin me arsyet e përjashtimit nga pagesa dorëzojeni të bashkëngjitur me kërkesën (një kopje të vërtetimit përkatës).

Ju lutem, bëni shtrimin e kërkesës në momentin e rregjistrimit tek organizatori i kursit. Në qoftë se ju jeni përjashtuar nga pagesa, atëherë ju duhet të informoni menjëherë nëse nuk trajtoheni më me paratë e papunësisë II apo me ndihmë sociale, apo kushtet tuaja financiare kanë ndryshuar.

UMbulimi i shpenzimeve

Në qoftë se ju pas datës 08.12.2007 keni kaluar me sukses provimin (testin) përfundimtar, atëherë zyra federale mund t’ju kthejë 50% të shpenzimeve të bëra. Kjo vlen vetëm ne rastin kur ndërmjet ditës së rregjistrimit në kurs dhe datës së provimit (testit) përfundimtar nuk kanë kaluar me shumë se dy vite. Për kthimin e shpenzimeve ju duhet të bëni një kërkesë tek zyra rajonale federale përkatëse.

UShpenzimet e udhëtimit

Në qoftë se ju jeni përjashtuar nga pagesa e kursit nga zyra federale, atëherë ju do t’ju kthehen shpenzimet e udhëtimit. Ju duhet të bëni nje kërkesë në zyrën rajonale, ku do të arsyetoni shpenzimet e udhetimit. Normalisht shpenzimet e udhetimit mbulohen nga zyra federale vetëm në qoftë se ju merrni pjesë rregullisht në kurs.

UPërseritja e kursit përgatitor te gjuhës

Në qoftë se ju në provimin e gjuhës nuk dëshmoni njohuri të mjaftueshme të gjuhës gjermane, atëherë ju mund ta përsërisni kursin përgatitor edhe njëherë duke bëre edhe 300 orë mësimi. Si kusht për këtë është që ju të keni marrë pjesë rregullisht në mësim si dhe në provimin përfundimtar.

Pjesëmarrja në kursin pergatitor pas orëve të përseritura është pa pagesë.

Në qoftë se ju dëshironi ta përserisni kursin përgatitor, atëherë duhet të bëni një kërkesë tek zyra federale.

UÇfarë duhet të dini ju

Të gjithë formularët që u përmendën në këtë fletëudhëzues ju do t’i merrni nga organizatori i kursit tek zyra e të huajve ose tek zyra federale rajonale. Përveç kësaj formularët ju mund t’i gjeni në faqen e internetit Uwww.integration-in-deutschland.deU.

Ju lutem merrni në konsideratë zyrën e keshillimit të emigrantëve(MEB) si dhe zyrën e keshillimit për të rinj. Këto institucione ju ndihmojnë në plotësimin e formularëve, i përgjigjen pyetjeve tuaja, kujdesen për problemet tuaja si dhe mund të gjejnë për ju një kurs integrimi të përshtashëm. Упътване за интеграционния курс За живеещи вече по-дълго в Германия чужденци, граждани на ЕС, както и немски граждани без задоволителни познания по немски език.

Скъпи съграждани,

Ако живеете като чужденка или чужденец вече от дълго време в Германия или сте гражданин или гражданка на ЕС или като немски граждани нямате достатъчно познания по немски език, можете подадете молба до Федералната служба по миграцията и бежанците за достъп до участие в интеграционен курс. Деца, юноши и младежи, които все още посещават училище, не могат да вземат участие в интеграционния курс.

UКакво означава интеграционен курс?

Общият интеграционен курс се състои от езиков курс от 600 учебни часа и курс по ориентиране от 45 учебни часа. Езиковият курс се състои от отделни части от по 100 часа. Първите 300 часа са наречени основен езиков курс, а следващите 300 часа – надграждащ езиков курс.

В езиковия курс ще изучите речниковия състав, от който се нуждаете, за да говорите и пишете в ежедневието. Тук принадлежат контактите с институции, разговори със съседи и колеги в работата, писането на писма и попълването на формуляри.

Курсът по ориентиране Ви информира за живота в Германия и способства за Вашето познаване на правовия ред, културата и по-новата история на страната. Съществуват и специални интеграционни курсове, например за жени, родители, младежи, както и за лица, които не могат да четат и пишат правилно.Тези курсове продължават 945 учебни часа. Ако учите особено бързо, можете да посещавате интензивен курс. Той е с продължителност само от 430 учебни часа.

Кой курс е правилният за Вас и с коя част от курса трябва да започнете, ще определи ръководителят на курса с помощта на тест преди началото на курса.

Участие в заключителния тест Заключителният тест се състои от изпит по езика тест към курса по ориентиране. Ако на изпита по езика докажете задоволителни познания по немски език и издържите теста към курса по ориентиране, то тогава сте завършили успешно интеграционния курс и получавате «Сертификат за интеграционен курс».

Ако не сте се справили, получавате само удостоверение за постигнатия резултат.

Участието в заключителния тест е безплатно.

Упътване за интеграционния курс Федерална служба по миграцията и бежанците

Предимства на участието в интеграционния курс Чужденци, идващи от страна, която не е в Европейския съюз, трябва да изпълнят няколко предпоставки, ако искат да получат право на безсрочно пребиваване в Германия. Преди всичко трябва да имате достатъчно познания по немски език, както и основани познания за правовия и обществения ред и условията на живот в Германия. С успешното завършване на интеграционния курс тези предпоставки са изпълнени. Освен това можете евентуално след това да получите гражданство по-рано.

Освен това придобитите по време на интеграционния курс знания по немски език улесняват ежедневието в Германия и повишават шансовете на пазара на труда.

Допускане до интеграционния курс посредством Федералната служба и записване при ръководителя на курса Моля попълнете заявлението за допускане пълно и четливо. Можете да се обърнете и към курсов ръководител в близост до Вас, който да Ви помогне при подаването на заявлението. След това изпратете заявлението в компетентния за Вашето населено място регионален клон на Федералната служба.

Ако сте допуснати до участие в интеграционен курс, получавате писмено потвърждение от Федералната служба (документ за правоспособност). Едновременно с това получавате и списък с курсовите ръководители, които провеждат интеграционни курсове в близост до Вашето населено място.

Допускането Ви до интеграционния курс е валидно две години. В потвърждението под “Правото на участие е валидно до...” се намира дата, преди която можете да се запишете за интеграционен курс при курсов ръководител. Затова моля запишете се възможно най-бързо и представете на курсовия ръководител Вашия документ за правоспособност!

Курсовият ръководител трябва да Ви съобщи вероятното начало на курса. Курсът не би трябвало да започне по-късно от три месеца след Вашето записване. Ако през това време на се осъществи интеграционен курс, курсовият ръководител трябва да Ви информира. Цена на интеграционния курс Трябва да платите сума в размер на 1 евро за учебен час на курсовия ръководител. Тази сума трябва да се заплаща преди началото на всеки модул от 100 учебни часа и преди курса по ориентиране. Ако отсъствате от часа, заплатената от Вас сума за пропуснатите часове не може да Ви бъде върната. Ако не разполагате със собствени доходи, сумата трябва да заплати лицето, задължено да се грижи за Вашата издръжка.

Упътване за интеграционния курс Федерална служба по миграцията и бежанците

Можете да бъдете освободени от таксата за курса, ако получавате пари за безработни II или помощи за издръжка (социални помощи) или ако поради оскъдните Ви доходи не можете да си позволите заплащането на курса. Освобождаването Ви от курсовата такса трябва да заявите писмено при компетентния за Вас регионален клон на Федералната служба (виж адресния списък). Моля приложете доказателствата за причините за освобождаване от такса (копие от съответното удостоверение). Моля подайте молбата най-късно със записването при курсовия ръководител. Ако сте освободени от таксата за курса, следва незабавно да уведомите Федералната служба, ако вече не получавате пари за безработни II или помощи за издръжка (социални помощи) или ако финансовите Ви отношения са се променили.

Връщане сумата на разноските Ако след 08.12.2007г. успешно сте взели участие в заключителния тест, Вашата федерална служба може да ви върне 50% от платената от Вас такса за курса. Това обаче важи само, ако между издаването на удостоверението Ви за участие и заключителния тест не са изминали повече от две години. За връщането на сумата трябва да подадете молба при компетентния регионален клон на Федералната служба.

Пътни разходи Ако Федералната служба Ви е освободила от плащането на такса, ще Ви бъдат изплатени и необходимите пътни разходи. За целта трябва да подадете молба във Федералната служба, като обосновете пътните разходи. По принцип пътните разходи могат да се платят само при редовно участие в курса.

Повтаряне на надграждащия езиков курс Ако на изпита по езика не сте могли да докажете задоволителни познания по немски език, можете един път да повторите 300 учебни часа (надграждащ езиков курс). Предпоставка за това е обаче редовното участие в курса и участието в заключителния тест.

Участието в езиковия тест след повторените часове също е безплатно.

Ако искате да повторите надграждащия езиков курс, трябва да подадете молба във Федералната служба.

Instruction Sheet for Integration Course for immigrants who already have long-term residency in Germany time, citizens of the European Union as well as German citizens who do not have an adequate command of German

Dear Co-citizen,

If you already have long-term residency as an immigrant in Germany, or if you are a citizen of the European Union, or if as a German you do not have an adequate command of the German language, you can submit an application to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees for authorisation to attend an integration course.

Children, adolescents and young adults who are still attending school cannot take part in the integration course.

UWhat is an integration course?

The general integration course consists of a language course with 600 hours and an orientation course organised over 45 hours. The language course consists of modules of 100 hours each. The first 300 hours are called the basic language course, while the subsequent 300 hours represent the follow-on language course.

In the language course you learn the vocabulary you need to speak and write in everyday situations. This includes contact with authorities, conversations with neighbours and colleagues, writing letters and completing forms.

The orientation course informs you about life in Germany and provides knowledge about the legal system, the culture and the recent history of Germany.

There are also special integration courses, for example for women, parents, young people as well as for participants who cannot read or write properly. These courses last for 945 hours. If you learn particularly quickly, you can attend an intensive course. This lasts for only 430 hours.

The course provider carries out an assessment before the beginning of the course to decide which is the right course for you and which module you should tackle first.

UTaking the final examination

The final examination consists of a language examination and the test relating to the orientation course. If you can prove in the language examination that you have a sufficient command of German, and if you pass the test relating to the orientation course, you have successfully completed the integration course and are awarded the "Integration Course Certificate".

If you were not successful, you will only be given a certificate confirming the results you achieved.

Participation in the final examination is free of charge.

UAdvantages of attending the integration course

Immigrants from a country that does not belong to the European Union must meet certain requirements if they wish to obtain an unlimited right of residence in Germany. Among other things, they must have an adequate command of the German language as well as basic knowledge of the legal and social system and of living conditions in Germany. These requirements have been met when such persons have successfully completed the integration course. Moreover, this also allows them to acquire German citizenship earlier if desired.

The knowledge of the German language acquired in the integration courses also makes everyday life easier in Germany and improves immigrants' chances on the labour market.

UAuthorisation by the Federal Office to attend the integration course, and registration with the course provider Please fill in the application for authorisation to attend, fully and legibly. You can also consult a course provider near you to help you to submit your application. Then send the application to the regional agency of the Federal Office responsible for your place of residence.

When you are authorised to attend an integration course, you will receive written confirmation from the Federal Office (Certificate of Eligibility). At the same time you will also be given a list of the course providers that offer integration courses near your place of residence.

Your authorisation to attend the integration course is valid for two years. In the letter of confirmation, under "Authorisation is valid until ...", you will find a date up until when you can register for an integration course with a course provider. You should therefore register as soon as possible and submit your Certificate of Eligibility to the course provider!

The course provider must then notify you of the probable date of the beginning of a course. The course should start within three months of the date of your registration. The course provider must let you know if no course is due to start within these three months. You can then decide yourself whether you wish to wait longer or prefer to register with a different course provider. In this case the course provider must return your Certificate of Eligibility.

UProper course attendance

To ensure that you achieve the objective of the integration course, you should attend the course in a proper manner. This means that you should attend lessons regularly and take the final examination. Proper course attendance is also important for you if you receive a travel allowance or if you wish to repeat the follow-on language course later. Your course provider will give you written confirmation that you have attended the course in a proper manner, if you so wish.

UCosts for the integration course

You must pay the course provider a contribution of one euro for every lesson of the integration course. This amount is to be paid at the beginning of each module of 100 hours and before the orientation course. If you do not attend classes, the contribution to costs for the lessons you have missed cannot be refunded. If you have no income of your own, the person who is obliged to pay for your maintenance must pay your contribution to the costs.

You can be exempted from contributing to costs if you receive unemployment benefit II or social assistance, or if you find it difficult to pay the contribution because of your low income. You must apply in writing to the regional office of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees responsible for you (see list of addresses). Please enclose verification of the reasons for exemption (copy of the

relevant certificate). Please submit the application with your registration to the course provider. If you are exempted from contributing to costs, you must notify the Federal Office immediately if you no longer receive unemployment benefit II or social assistance, or if your financial circumstances change.

UReimbursement of the contribution to costs

If you have successfully taken the final examination after 08.12.2007, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees will reimburse you for 50 % of the contribution to costs already paid. However, this only applies if no more than two years have passed between the confirmation of eligibility to attend the course being issued and the final test. To obtain this reimbursement you must submit an application to the regional office of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees responsible for you.

UTravel allowance

If you have been exempted from contributing to costs by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, the necessary travel costs will be reimbursed to you. To do this, you must submit an application to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, stating the reasons for the travel costs. Travel costs may only be reimbursed if you attend the course properly.

URepeating the follow-on language course

If you cannot prove that you have a sufficient command of German in the language examination, youcan repeat 300 hours (follow-on language course) once. A precondition for this is, however, that you have attended classes regularly and have taken the final examination.

After these repeat lessons, you can sit the language examination again free of charge.

If you wish to repeat the follow-on language course, you must submit an application to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees.

You can obtain all of the application forms mentioned in this instruction sheet from the course provider, your local Aliens' Office or the regional office responsible for you. You can also find the forms at the Internet site Uwww.integration-in-deutschland.deU.

Please also note the services offered by the Advisory Services for Adult Immigrants (MEB) as well as the migration services for young people. They will help you to complete applications, they will answer your questions and listen to your problems, and will help to find a suitable integration course for you. UQu'est-ce qu'un cours d'intégrationU?

Il existe également des cours d'intégration s'adressant spécifiquement aux femmes, aux parents, aux adolescents ainsi qu'aux personnes ayant des difficultés à lire et à écrire. Ces cours ont une durée de 945 heures. Ceux qui apprennent très vite, ont la possibilité d'assister à un cours intensif qui ne dure que 430 heures.

Pour déterminer le cours ou le niveau qui vous convient le plus, l'organisateur du cours vous fera passer un test avant le début du cours.

UParticipation à l'examen final

L'examen final comprend un examen linguistique et un test relatif au cours d'orientation. Lorsque vous prouverez posséder des connaissances suffisantes en allemand lors de l'examen linguistique et que vous réussirez le test relatif au cours d'orientation, vous aurez terminé le cours d'intégration avec succès et recevrez le „Certificat Cours d'Intégration“.

En cas d'échec, vous recevrez uniquement une attestation relative au résultat obtenu.

UAvantages liés à la participation au cours d'intégration

Les étrangères et étrangers originaires d'un pays qui ne fait pas partie de l'Union Européenne doivent remplir certaines conditions pour obtenir un permis de séjour illimité. En font partie des connaissances suffisantes en allemand ainsi que des connaissances de base en matière de législation, d'ordre social et des conditions de vie en Allemagne. Ces exigences sont remplies en réussissant le cours d'intégration. Le cas échéant, vous pourrez vous faire naturaliser plus rapidement.

Par ailleurs, les connaissances en allemand acquises dans le cadre des cours d'intégration vous faciliteront le quotidien en Allemagne et vous donneront de meilleures chances sur le marché du travail.

UAutorisation de participer au cours d'intégration délivrée par l'Office fédéral et inscription auprès de l'organisateur du cours Veuillez remplir votre demande d'autorisation intégralement et de façon bien lisible. Vous avez également la possibilité de vous adresser à un organisateur du cours près de chez vous si vous avez besoin d'aide pour faire votre demande. Adressez ensuite votre demande à votre antenne régionale de l'Office fédéral.

Si vous êtes autorisé à participer à un cours d'intégration, l'Office fédéral vous adressera une confirmation écrite (certificat d'autorisation). Vous recevrez également une liste des organismes organisant des cours d'intégration près de chez vous.

Votre autorisation de participation au cours d'intégration est valable pendant deux ans. Dans la confirmation, à „L'autorisation de participation est valable jusqu'au ...“ vous trouverez une date avant laquelle vous pourrez vous inscrire à un cours d'intégration auprès d'un organisateur du cours. Par conséquent, inscrivez-vous le plus tôt possible et présentez votre certificat d'autorisation à l'organisateur du cours! L'organisateur du cours est obligé de vous communiquer la date à laquelle un cours est censé commencer. Le cours ne devrait pas commencer plus de trois mois après votre inscription. L'organisateur du cours doit vous informer si le cours en question n'a pas lieu. Vous pourrez alors soit attendre plus longtemps soit vous inscrire auprès d'un autre organisateur du cours. Dans ce dernier cas, l'organisateur du cours devra vous restituer le certificat d'autorisation.

UParticipation régulière au cours

Pour atteindre l'objectif du cours d'intégration, vous devrez participer au cours de façon régulière. Ceci signifie que vous assisterez au cours avec assiduité et que vous participerez à l'examen final. La participation régulière au cours est également importante pour vous si on vous rembourse les frais de transport ou si vous désirez repasser plus tard le cours d'approfondissement. Si vous le souhaitez, l'organisateur du cours vous confirmera votre participation régulière par écrit.

UCoût du cours d'intégration

Vous devez payer 1 euro par heure de cours à l'organisateur du cours. Ce montant est payable avant le début de chaque tranche de 100 heures de cours et avant le cours d'orientation. Vos absences vous ne seront pas remboursées. Si vous n'avez pas de propre source de revenu, la personne subvenant à vos besoins est obligée de supporter les frais.

Vous pouvez être exonéré du paiement des frais de participation au cours si vous touchez l'allocation de chômage II ou une aide à la subsistance (aide sociale) ou si, en raison de votre faible revenu, le paiement est particulièrement difficile pour vous. La demande d'exonération doit être

Si vous êtes exonéré du paiement des frais de participation au cours, vous devrez informer immédiatement l'Office fédéral au cas où vous ne toucheriez plus l'allocation de chômage II ou l'aide à la subsistance (aide sociale) ou si votre situation financière change.

URemboursement des frais de participation

Si vous avez participé avec succès à l'examen final après le 08 décembre 2007, l'Office fédéral pourra vous rembourser 50 % des frais de participation que vous aurez payés. Ceci n'est valable que si le laps de temps compris entre la rédaction de votre confirmation de participation et l'examen final ne dépasse pas les deux ans. La participation au test linguistique suite aux heures de rattrapage est également gratuite.

Pour repasser le cours d'approfondissement, vous devrez adresser une demande à l'Office fédéral.

UΤι είναι το σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης

Το σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης αποτελείται από µαθήµατα διδασκαλίας ξένης γλώσσας ως και 600 ωρών διδασκαλίας και από ένα κύκλο µαθηµάτων προσανατολισµού 45 ωρών διδασκαλίας. Το µάθηµα διδασκαλίας ξένης γλώσσας έχει χωριστεί σε ενότητες ανά 100 ωρών. Οι πρώτες 300 ώρες χαρακτηρίζονται ως βασικός κύκλος µαθηµάτων, ενώ οι επόµενες 300 ώρες ως κύκλος µαθηµάτων επιµόρφωσης.

Στο µάθηµα διδασκαλίας διδάσκεται το λεξιλόγιο που χρειάζεστε για την οµιλία και τη γραφή στη καθηµερινότητα και συµπεριλαµβάνει τις επαφές µε υπηρεσίες, τις συζητήσεις µε τους γείτονες και τους συναδέλφους, τη σύνταξη επιστολών και τη συµπλήρωση εντύπων.

Το σεµινάριο προσανατολισµού θα σας ενηµερώσει για τη ζωή στη γερµανική κοινωνία και θα σας διαβιβάσει γνώσεις σχετικά µε την έννοµη τάξη, τον πολιτισµό και την ιστορία της χώρας.

Επίσης υπάρχουν και ειδικοί κύκλοι µαθηµάτων π.χ. για γυναίκες, γονείς, νέους όπως και για άτοµα που δεν είναι σε θέση να διαβάσουν ή να γράψουν. Αυτοί οι κύκλοι µαθηµάτων αποτελούνται από 945 ώρες διδασκαλίας. Αν µαθαίνετε γρήγορα µπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε έναν εντατικό κύκλο µαθηµάτων, ο οποίος αποτελείται από 430 ώρες διδασκαλίας.

Ο φορέας του σεµιναρίου θα διαπιστώσει σε ένα τεστ πριν την έναρξη των µαθηµάτων ποιος κύκλος µαθηµάτων είναι για σας ο κατάλληλος και µε ποιό τµήµα µαθηµάτων θα αρχίσετε.

UΣυµµετοχή στην τελική εξέταση

Η τελική εξέταση αποτελείται από µια εξέταση γλώσσας και από ένα τεστ για το σεµινάριο προσανατολισµού. Εφόσον διεκπεραιώσετε επιτυχώς την εξέταση γλώσσας και το τεστ του σεµιναρίου προσανατολισµού έχετε ολοκληρώσει τον κύκλο διδασκαλίας και θα λάβετε το «πιστοποιητικό του σεµιναρίου ενσωµάτωσης».

Έντυπο ενηµέρωσης για το σεµινάριο Οµοσπονδιακή Υπηρεσία κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης µετανάστευσης και προσφύγων

Σε περίπτωση που δεν λάβετε επιτυχώς µέρος στις τελικές εξετάσεις, θα λάβετε µόνο ένα πιστοποιητικό µε τα αποτελέσµατα.

Η συµµετοχή στην τελική εξέταση είναι δωρεάν.

UΠροτερήµατα από µια συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης

Οι αλλοδαποί και οι αλλοδαπές που προέρχονται από µια χώρα που δεν ανήκει στην ΕΕ, πρέπει να εκπληρώνουν κάποιες προϋποθέσεις αν επιθυµούν να αποκτήσουν το δικαίωµα διαµονής αορίστου χρόνου στη Γερµανία. Σε αυτές τις προϋποθέσεις συµπεριλαµβάνονται µεταξύ άλλων η επαρκής γνώση της γερµανικής γλώσσας και βασικές γνώσεις για το νοµικό και κοινωνικό σύστηµα της Γερµανίας και τις συνθήκες ζωής στη Γερµανία. Με την επιτυχή συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης εκπληρώνονται αυτές οι προϋποθέσεις. Επίσης ενδεχοµένως να µπορέσετε να πολιτογραφηθείτε νωρίτερα.

Επιπλέον οι γνώσεις που θα αποκτήσετε από τα σεµινάρια ενσωµάτωσης, διευκολύνουν την καθηµερινότητα στην Γερµανία και αυξάνουν τις πιθανότητες στην αγορά εργασίας.

UΈγκριση συµµετοχής στο σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης από την Οµοσπονδιακή Υπηρεσία και δήλωση στον φορέα σεµιναρίου

Παρακαλούµε να συµπληρώσετε µε καθαρά γράµµατα πλήρως την αίτηση συµµετοχής. Μπορείτε να απευθυνθείτε και σε έναν φορέα σεµιναρίου στην περιοχή σας, ο οποίος θα σας βοηθήσει στη συµπλήρωση της αίτησης. Στη συνέχεια αποστείλετε την αίτηση προς το αρµόδιο για τη περιοχή σας περιφερειακό κέντρο της ανώτατης οµοσπονδιακής υπηρεσίας.

Εφόσον θα σας εγκριθεί η συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης, θα λάβετε, µαζί µε τη γραπτή βεβαίωση (βεβαίωση έγκρισης) από την ανώτατη οµοσπονδιακή αρχή και έναν κατάλογο µε τα ονόµατα των φορέων που θα πραγµατοποιήσουν τα σεµινάρια στην περιοχή σας.

Η βεβαίωση έγκρισης συµµετοχής στα σεµινάρια ενσωµάτωσης ισχύει για δύο χρόνια. Στη βεβαίωση αναφέρεται κάτω από τη πρόταση «Η υποχρέωση συµµετοχής ισχύει ως….» µια ηµεροµηνία, µέχρι κατά την οποία θα πρέπει να έχετε δηλωθεί σε έναν φορέα για το σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης. Για τον λόγο αυτό δηλώσετε τη συµµετοχή σας όσο το δυνατό πιο έγκαιρα και υποβάλετε στον φορέα του σεµιναρίου το έγγραφο έγκρισής σας!

Ο φορέας του σεµιναρίου θα σας ενηµερώσει για την προβλεπόµενη έναρξη του σεµιναρίου. Η έναρξη σεµιναρίου δεν πρέπει να λάβει χώρα µετά από τρεις µήνες µετά την δήλωσή σας. Αν το διάστηµα αυτό δεν πραγµατοποιηθεί το σεµινάριο, ο φορέας του σεµιναρίου θα πρέπει να σας ενηµερώσει σχετικά. Στην περίπτωση αυτή µπορείτε να αποφασίσετε ο ίδιος αν θα περιµένετε ή αν θα δηλωθείτε σε έναν άλλον φορέα σεµιναρίου και ο φορέας του σεµιναρίου θα πρέπει να σας επιστρέψει την βεβαίωση συµµετοχής σας.

UΤακτική συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο

Για να εκπληρώσετε τον σκοπό του σεµιναρίου κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης θα πρέπει να συµµετέχετε τακτικά στο σεµινάριο. Αυτό σηµαίνει ότι θα πρέπει να συµµετέχετε τακτικά στα µαθήµατα και να λάβετε µέρος στην τελική εξέταση. Η τακτική συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο είναι σηµαντική για να λάβετε τα έξοδα ταξιδιού ή αν αργότερα θέλετε να επαναλάβετε το επιµορφωτικό σεµινάριο. Αν το επιθυµείτε ο φορέας του σεµιναρίου θα σας βεβαιώσει εγγράφως την τακτική συµµετοχή σας.

UΈξοδα για το σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης

Για τη συµµετοχή στο σεµινάριο κοινωνικής ενσωµάτωσης, θα πρέπει να συµµετέχετε στις δαπάνες µε µια καταβολή στον υπεύθυνο του σεµιναρίου ύψους 1 Ευρώ για κάθε ώρα διδασκαλίας. Η καταβολή θαπρέπει να πραγµατοποιηθεί πριν την έναρξη του σεµιναρίου για κάθε ενότητα σεµιναρίου των 100 ωρών διδασκαλίας και για το κύκλο µαθηµάτων προσανατολισµού. Αν δεν λάβετε µέρος σε κάποια µαθήµατα δεν σας επιστρέφονται τα έξοδα αυτά. Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχετε δικό σας εισόδηµα, τα έξοδα θα πρέπει να καταβληθούν από το άτοµο που είναι υπεύθυνο για τη διατροφή σας. Οι δικαιούχοι συµµετοχής, οι οποίοι λαµβάνουν επίδοµα ανεργίας ΙΙ ή επίδοµα διατροφής (επίδοµα κοινωνικής πρόνοιας), ή δυσκολεύονται να πληρώσουν τα έξοδα λόγω του χαµηλού εισοδήµατός τους, έχουν δικαίωµα απαλλαγής από τη καταβολή των εξόδων. Για την απαλλαγή από µια συµµετοχή στα έξοδα, θα πρέπει να υποβληθεί µια γραπτή αίτηση στο περιφερειακό κέντρο της αρµόδιας ανώτατης οµοσπονδιακής αρχής (βλέπε κατάλογο διευθύνσεων). Μαζί µε την αίτηση, θα πρέπει να υποβάλλετε και ένα αποδεικτικό των αιτιών απαλλαγής (αντίγραφο της αντίστοιχης βεβαίωσης). Παρακαλούµε να υποβάλλετε την αίτηση το αργότερο κατά τη δήλωση συµµετοχής σας στον υπεύθυνο του σεµιναρίου. Οι δικαιούχοι συµµετοχής που απαλλάσσονται από µια καταβολή εξόδων, πρέπει να ενηµερώσουν άµεσα την ανώτατη οµοσπονδιακή αρχή, σε περίπτωση που δεν λαµβάνουν πια επίδοµα ανεργίας ΙΙ ή επίδοµα διατροφής (κοινωνική πρόνοια), ή σε περίπτωση που υπάρξουν αλλαγές στην οικονοµική τους κατάσταση.

UΕπιστροφή του ποσού συµµετοχής

Αν λάβατε επιτυχώς µέρος στην τελική εξέταση µετά το διάστηµα από 08.12.2007, έχετε δικαίωµα επιστροφής του 50% του ποσού συµµετοχής από την Οµοσπονδιακή Αρχή. Αυτό ισχύει µόνο όταν µεταξύ της έκδοσης της βεβαίωσης συµµετοχής και της τελικής εξέτασης δεν έχουν περάσει πάνω από δύο χρόνια. Για την επιστροφή του ποσού θα πρέπει να υποβάλετε αίτηση στο αρµόδιο περιφερειακό κέντρο της ανώτατης οµοσπονδιακής αρχής.

Έξοδα διακίνησης

Σε περίπτωση που υπάρξει απαλλαγή των εξόδων συµµετοχής από την Οµοσπονδιακή Αρχή, θα σας καταβληθούν τα απαιτούµενα έξοδα διακίνησης. Προς τούτο θα πρέπει να υποβάλετε αίτηση στην Οµοσπονδιακή Αρχή και να αιτιολογήσετε τα έξοδα διακίνησης. Τα έξοδα διακίνησης καταβάλλονται µόνο σε τακτική συµµετοχή στα σεµινάρια.

UΕπανάληψη του επιµορφωτικού σεµιναρίου

Αν κατά την εξέταση γλώσσας δεν παρουσιάσετε επαρκείς γνώσεις γερµανικών, θα πρέπει να επαναλάβετε 300 ώρες διδασκαλίας (επιµορφωτικό σεµινάριο). Προϋπόθεση είναι η τακτική συµµετοχή στα µαθήµατα και στην τελική εξέταση.

Η συµµετοχή στο τεστ γλώσσας µετά τις επαναλαµβανόµενες ώρες διδασκαλίας είναι επίσης δωρεάν.

Αν επαναλάβετε το επιµορφωτικό σεµινάριο θα πρέπει να υποβάλετε σχετική αίτηση στην Οµοσπονδιακή Αρχή.

se siete straniere o stranieri e vivete in Germania da tempo, se siete cittadine o cittadini dell’Unione o se siete cittadine tedesche o cittadini tedeschi ma non avete sufficienti conoscenze della lingua tedesca potete fare domanda di ammissione ad un corso di integrazione presso l’Ufficio Federale per l’immigrazione e i rifugiati.

I bambini, i giovani e i giovani adulti che frequentano la scuola non possono partecipare al corso di integrazione.

UCos’è un corso di integrazione?

Il corso di integrazione generale è costituito da un corso di lingua di 600 ore di lezione e da un corso di orientamento di 45 ore di lezione. Il corso di lingua è suddiviso in moduli di 100 ore ciascuno. Le prime 300 ore sono definite corso di lingua base, le 300 ore successive corso di preparazione linguistica.

Durante il corso di lingua apprenderete il vocabolario indispensabile per esprimervi nella vita quotidiana a livello orale e scritto. Fanno parte delle situazioni quotidiane i rapporti con gli uffici pubblici, i colloqui con i vicini e i colleghi di lavoro, la redazione di lettere e la compilazione di moduli.

Il corso di orientamento fornisce informazioni sulla vita in Germania e trasmette nozioni relative all’ordinamento giuridico, la cultura e la giovane storia del Paese.

Esistono anche corsi d’integrazione speciali, ad esempio per donne, genitori, giovani e persone che non sono in grado di leggere e scrivere correttamente. I suddetti corsi prevedono 945 ore di lezione. Chi apprende in modo particolarmente veloce può frequentare un corso intensivo. Il corso intensivo prevede solo 430 ore di lezione.

Mediante un test eseguito prima dell'inizio del corso il responsabile stabilisce qual è il corso giusto per ciascuno e con quale modulo è opportuno iniziare.

UPartecipazione al test finale

Il test finale è costituito da una prova di lingua e dal test sul corso di orientamento. Se nella prova linguistica riuscirete a dimostrare sufficienti conoscenze della lingua tedesca e se riuscirete a superare il test sul corso di orientamento, concluderete con successo il corso di integrazione e otterrete il „Zertifikat Integrationskurs“ (Certificato del corso di integrazione).

Se non terminerete il corso con successo riceverete solo un attestato sul risultato conseguito.

UVantaggi derivanti dalla partecipazione al corso di integrazione

Le straniere e gli stranieri provenienti da un Paese che non fa parte dell'Unione Europea, che desiderano ottenere un permesso di soggiorno a tempo indeterminato per la Germania, sono tenuti ad adempiere ad alcune condizioni. Devono, tra l’altro, dimostrare di avere sufficienti conoscenze della lingua tedesca e nozioni base sull’ordinamento giuridico e sociale e sulle condizioni di vita in Germania. Il superamento del corso di integrazione implica l’adempimento delle suddette condizioni. Esso comporta anche l’eventuale abbreviazione dei tempi previsti per la naturalizzazione.

Inoltre le conoscenze della lingua tedesca acquisite durante i corsi di integrazione semplificano la vita quotidiana in Germania e aumentano le opportunità sul mercato del lavoro.

UAmmissione al corso di integrazione da parte dell'Ufficio Federale e iscrizione presso il responsabile del corso Siete pregati di compilare la domanda di ammissione in tutte le sue parti in modo leggibile. A tal fine potete anche rivolgervi al responsabile di un corso nelle vicinanze che Vi aiuterà a redigere la domanda. Spedite la domanda al centro regionale dell’Ufficio Federale competente per il Vostro luogo di residenza.

Se siete ammessi a partecipare ad un corso di integrazione riceverete una conferma scritta dell'Ufficio Federale (attestato di autorizzazione). Contemporaneamente riceverete un elenco dei responsabili che organizzano corsi di integrazione presso il Vostro luogo di residenza.

L’ammissione al corso di integrazione è valida due anni. Nella conferma, sotto „L’autorizzazione a partecipare è valida fino al...“, è riportata la data entro la quale potete iscrivervi al corso. Quindi iscrivetevi il prima possibile e presentate al responsabile del corso il Vostro attestato di autorizzazione!

Il responsabile del corso è tenuto a comunicarvi per quando è previsto l’inizio del corso. Il corso non dovrebbe iniziare oltre tre mesi dopo l’iscrizione. Se nel suddetto periodo non dovesse partire alcun corso d’integrazione, il responsabile è tenuto ad informarvi e Voi potete decidere personalmente se desiderate attendere ancora, o se volete iscrivervi presso un altro responsabile. In questo caso il responsabile del corso è tenuto a restituirvi l’attestato di autorizzazione.

UPartecipazione regolare al corso

Per conseguire l’obiettivo del corso di integrazione è indispensabile partecipare regolarmente. Ciò significa frequentare regolarmente le lezioni e partecipare al test finale. È importante partecipare regolarmente al corso anche si vuole ricevere il rimborso delle spese di viaggio o se, successivamente, si vuole ripetere il corso di preparazione linguistica. Se lo desiderate il responsabile del corso certificherà per iscritto la Vostra partecipazione regolare.

UCosti del corso di integrazione

Per il corso siete tenuti a pagare al responsabile un contributo economico di 1 euro per ogni ora di lezione. Il contributo economico deve essere versato prima dell’inizio di ogni modulo di 100 ore di lezione e prima del corso di orientamento. Se non frequentate le lezioni, il contributo economico per le ore perdute non può essere rimborsato. Se non disponete di un reddito personale il contributo economico deve essere versato dalla persona tenuta a provvedere al Vostro mantenimento.

Se percepite il sussidio di disoccupazione (Arbeitslosengeld II) o il sussidio sociale (Sozialhilfe) o se Vi è particolarmente difficile pagare a causa del Vostro reddito ridotto, potete venire esonerati dal versamento del contributo economico. L’esenzione dal contributo economico deve essere

richiesta per iscritto al centro regionale dell’Ufficio Federale competente (ved. l’elenco degli indirizzi). Alla richiesta deve essere allegata la documentazione relativa ai motivi dell’esenzione (copia del rispettivo attestato). Siete pregati di fare domanda entro e non oltre il momento dell’iscrizione presso il responsabile del corso. Se siete esonerati dal pagamento del contributo economico dovete comunicare immediatamente all’Ufficio Federale qualsiasi interruzione della percezione del sussidio di disoccupazione Arbeitslosengeld II o del sussidio sociale (Sozialhilfe) o qualsiasi cambiamento delle Vostre condizioni finanziarie.

URimborso del contribuito economico

Se avete partecipato con successo al test finale dopo l’8.12.2007, l’Ufficio Federale può rimborsarvi il 50 % del contributo economico versato. Ciò vale solo se tra il rilascio della conferma di partecipazione e il test finale non sono trascorsi più di due anni. Per il rimborso è indispensabile presentare domanda presso il centro regionale competente dell’Ufficio Federale.

USpese di viaggio

Se l’Ufficio Federale Vi ha esonerato dal pagamento di un contributo economico Vi saranno rimborsate le spese di viaggio necessarie. A questo fine dovete presentare domanda all’Ufficio Federale, motivando le spese di viaggio. Di massima le spese di viaggio possono essere rimborsate solo in caso di partecipazione regolare al corso.

URipetizione del corso di preparazione linguistica

Se nella prova di lingua non siete riusciti a dimostrare sufficienti conoscenze della lingua tedesca, potete ripetere (una volta) le 300 ore di lezione (corso di preparazione linguistica). Potete ripetere il corso solo se avete partecipato regolarmente alle lezioni e al test finale.

La partecipazione al test linguistico dopo la ripetizione del corso è gratuita.

Se desiderate ripetere il corso di preparazione linguistica dovete presentare domanda presso l’Ufficio Federale.

UŠto je tečaj integracije

Tečaj integracije sastoji se od jezičnog tečaja s 600 sati nastave i tečaja orijentacije s 45 sati nastave. Jezični tečaj podijeljen je na semestre od po 100 sati. Prvih 300 sati je osnovni tečaj, a slijedećih 300 sati je napredni tečaj.

Postoje i specijalni tečajevi integracije za žene, roditelje, omladinu kao i za osobe koje još neznaju pravilno čitati i pisati. Ti tečajevi traju 945 sati. Ako vi iznimno brzo učite možete upisati i intenzivni tečaj. Taj tečaj traje samo 430 sati nastave.

Koji tečaj vama odgovara i u kojem semestru biste trebali početi s tečajem, utvrdit će predavač testiranjem prije početka tečaja.

USudjelovanje i završni ispit

Završni ispit sastoji se iz provjere znanja jezika i ispita iz tečaja orijentacije.Ako na jezičnom ispitu pokažete zadovoljavajuće znanje njemačkog jezika i položite ispit iz tečaja orijentacije tada ste tečaj integracije uspješno završili i dobivate “Certifikat tečaja integracije”

Ako niste bili uspješni dobivate samo potvrdu o ostvarenom rezultatu.

Sudjelovanje na završnom ispitu je besplatno

UPrednosti sudjelovanja na tečaju integracije

Strankinje i stranci koji dolaze iz zemlje koja nije članica Europske unije a žele zadržati neograničeno pravo boravka u Njemačkoj, moraju ispunjavati nekoliko uvjeta. U te spadaju dostatna znanja njemačkog jezika, kao i temeljna znanja o društveno-pravnom poretku i uvjetima života u Njemačkoj. Ti su uvjeti ispunjeni s uspješnim završetkom tečaja integracije. Osim toga prema potrebi možete ranije steći državljanstvo.

Molimo vas da u potpunosti i čitljivo ipunite zahtjev za dozvolu.Možete se takoñer obratiti organizatoru tečaja u svojoj blizini koji će vam pomoći kod izrade zahtjeva.Ispunjeni obrazac pošaljite podružnici Državnog ureda koja je nadležna za vaše mjesto stanovanja.

Ako Vam bude odobreno sudjelovanje na tečaju integracije,dobit ćete pismenu potvrdu (pravo na sudjelovanje) od Državnog ureda. Istovremeno ćete dobiti popis predavača koji provode tečaj u blizini vašeg mjesta stanovanja.

Vaša dozvola za sudjelovanje na tečaju integracije vrijedi dvije godine. U potvrdi se pod „ Pravo na sudjelovanje vrijedi do ...“ nalazi datum do kojega možete početi s tečajem integracije.

Zbog toga Vas molimo da se što prije prijavite na tečaj integracije kod organizatora tečaja i predočite mu pismenu potvrdu o pravu na sudjelovanje. Organizator tečaja vam mora priopćiti početak tečaja. Tečaj bi trebao početi najkasnije tri mjeseca nakon vaše prijave. Ako se to ne dogodi mora vas organizator tečaja o tome obavijestiti. Vi možete tada sami odlučiti da li ćete joščekati ili ćete se prijaviti kod nekog drugog Predavača. U tom slučaju mora vam organizator tečaja vratiti potvrdu o pravu na sudjelovanju.

UUredno sudjelovanje na tečaju

Da bi ste postigli cilj morate uredno sudjelovati na integracijskom tečaju. To znači da morate redovito posjećivati predavanja i polagati završni ispit.Redovito sudjelovanje na tečaju je važno za Vas, ako primate naknadu troškova prijevoza ili ako želite napredni tečaj kasnije ponoviti. Vaš će vam predavač pismeno potvrditi redovito sudjelovanje ako to želite.

UTroškovi tečaja integracije

Vi morate platiti predavaču troškove u visini od 1 eura po satu nastave. Taj iznos treba platiti prije početka svakog tečaja od 100 sati nastave i prije početka tečaja orijentacije. Ako ćete na predavanju nedostajati troškovi propuštenih sati neće vam biti vraćeni. Ako nemate vlastiti dohodak,iznos troškova mora platiti osoba koja se obavezala za vaše uzdržavanje

Vi možete biti oslobodeni iznosa troškova ako primate naknadu za nezaposlene II, pomoć za troškove života (socijalnu pomoć) ili ako niste u mogućnosti platiti radi niskog osobnog dohotka. Zahtjev za osloboñenje od plaćanja troškova morate u pisanom obliku podnijeti za Vas nadležnoj podružnici Državnog ureda (vidi popis adresa). Molimo da priložite dokaz o razlozima osloboñenja (kopiju odgovarajuće potvrde). Molimo podnesite zahtjev najkasnije u trenutku prijave kod organizatora tečaja.Ako ste oslobodeni plaćanja troškova,a u meñuvremenu ne primate više naknadu za nezaposlene ili pomoć za troškove života (socijalnu pomoć), priopćite to odmah Saveznom uredu.

UPovrat troškova

Ako ste nakon 08.12.2007 uspješno sudjelovali na završnom ispitu, može Vam Savezni ured 50 % placenih troškova vratiti. To važi samo ako od izdavanja Vaše potvrde o sudjelovanju i završnog ispita nije prošlo više od dvije godine. Za povrat morate podnijeti zahtjev kod zadužene podružnice Državnog ureda.

UTroškovi prijevoza

Ako Vas je Savezni ured oslobodio plaćanja troškova tečaja bit će Vam troškovi prijevoza nadoknañeni.Vi morate podnijeti zahtjev pri Saveznom uredu u kojem ćete obrazložiti troškove prijevoza.Troškovi prijevoza će biti plaćeni samo kod redovitog sudjelovanja na tečaju.

Migracji i Uchodźców (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge) wniosek o dopuszczenie do udziału w kursie integracyjnym.

Dzieci, młodzieŜ oraz młode osoby dorosłe, które chodzą jeszcze do szkoły nie mogą uczestniczyć w kursie integracyjnym.

UCzym jest kurs integracyjny?

Ogólny kurs integracyjny składa się z kursu językowego obejmującego 600 godzin lekcyjnych oraz z kursu orientacyjnego obejmującego 45 godzin lekcyjnych. Kurs językowy składa się z bloków, z których kaŜdy obejmuje po 100 godzin. Pierwsze 300 godzin nosi nazwę podstawowego, a następne 300 godzin rozszerzonego kursu językowego.

W toku kursu językowego pozna Pani/Pan słownictwo potrzebne do mówienia i pisania w Ŝyciu codziennym. NaleŜy do tego załatwianie spraw urzędowych, rozmowy z sąsiadami i kolegami z pracy, pisanie listów i wypełnianie formularzy.

Kurs orientacyjny poinformuje Panią/Pana o Ŝyciu w Niemczech i przekaŜe wiedzę na temat porządku prawnego, kultury i najnowszej historii kraju.

Organizowane są teŜ specjalne kursy integracyjne, np. dla kobiet, rodziców, młodzieŜy oraz osób, które nie potrafią dobrze czytać i pisać. Kursy te obejmują 945 godzin lekcyjnych. Osoby, które potrafią się szczególnie szybko uczyć, mogą się zapisać na kurs intensywny. Trwa on tylko 430 godzin lekcyjnych.

Na podstawie testu przeprowadzonego przed rozpoczęciem kursu organizator kursu ustali, jaki kurs jest właściwy dla Pani/Pana oraz od którego bloku rozpocznie Pani/Pan naukę.

UUdział w teście końcowym

Test końcowy składa się z egzaminu językowego oraz testu z kursu orientacyjnego. Jeśli podczas egzaminu językowego wykaŜe się Pan/Pani dostateczną znajomością języka niemieckiego oraz zda test z kursu orientacyjnego, to ukończy Pan/Pani z sukcesem kurs integracyjny i otrzyma „Certyfikat kursu integracyjnego“.

Jeśli nie osiągnie Pani/Pan sukcesu, to otrzyma Pani/Pan jedynie zaświadczenie o uzyskanym wyniku.

Udział w teście końcowym jest bezpłatny.

UKorzyści z uczestnictwa w kursie integracyjnym

Cudzoziemcy, pochodzący z krajów, które nie naleŜą do Unii Europejskiej, muszą spełnić pewne warunki, jeŜeli pragną uzyskać prawo do bezterminowego pobytu w Niemczech. Zalicza się do nich m.in. dostateczną znajomość języka niemieckiego oraz podstawową znajomość porządku prawnego i społecznego, a takŜe warunków Ŝycia w Niemczech. Pomyślne ukończenie kursu integracyjnego pozwala na spełnienie tych warunków. Oprócz tego moŜliwe jest wtedy ewentualnie wcześniejsze uzyskanie obywatelstwa.

Ponadto znajomość języka niemieckiego nabyta podczas kursu integracyjnego ułatwia codzienne Ŝycie w Niemczech oraz zwiększa szanse na rynku pracy.

UDopuszczenie do kursu integracyjnego wydane przez Urząd Federalny i zgłoszenie w instytucji prowadzącej kurs Prosimy o kompletne i czytelne wypełnienie wniosku o dopuszczenie na kurs. Z prośbą o pomoc przy składaniu wniosku moŜna się zwrócić równieŜ do najbliŜszej instytucji prowadzącej kurs. Wypełniony wniosek prosimy przesłać do właściwego dla Pani/Pana miejsca zamieszkania oddziału regionalnego Urzędu Federalnego.

JeŜeli zostanie Pani/Pan dopuszczony do udziału w kursie integracyjnym, to otrzyma Pani/Pan pisemne potwierdzenie z Urzędu Federalnego (uprawnienie do udziału w kursie). Jednocześnie otrzyma Pani/Pan wykaz instytucji prowadzących kursy integracyjne w pobliŜu Pani/Pana miejsca zamieszkania.

Dopuszczenie do kursu integracyjnego jest waŜne przez dwa lata. W potwierdzeniu, w rubryce "Die Teilnahmeberechtigung ist gültig bis.." (uprawnienie do uczestnictwa waŜne do ...) jest podany termin, przed upływem którego powinna(-ien) się Pani/Pan zgłosić na kurs integracyjny w instytucji prowadzącej kurs. W związku z tym prosimy o jak najszybsze zgłoszenie się na kurs i przedłoŜenie w instytucji prowadzącej kurs swojego uprawnienia do udziału w kursie!

Instytucja prowadząca kurs powinna podać Pani/Panu przewidywany termin rozpoczęcia kursu. Kurs powinien się rozpocząć nie później niŜ w ciągu trzech miesięcy od momentu zgłoszenia się na kurs. Jeśli w tym terminie nie rozpocznie sięŜaden kurs, musi Pani/Pan poinformować o tym organizatora kursu. Wtedy moŜna samodzielnie zadecydować o dalszym czekaniu na kurs lub zgłoszeniu się do innej instytucji prowadzącej kurs. W tym przypadku organizator kursu musi zwrócić Pani/Panu uprawnienie do udziału w kursie.

UPrzepisowe uczestnictwo w kursie

Aby osiągnąć cel kursu intergracyjnego naleŜy uczestniczyć w nim w przepisowy sposób. Oznacza to regularne uczestnictwo w lekcjach oraz udział w teście końcowym. Przepisowe uczestnictwo w kursie jest waŜne równieŜ w przypadku zwrotu kosztów dojazdu lub późniejszego powtarzania rozszerzonego kursu językowego. Na Ŝądanie instytucja prowadząca kurs wydaje zaświadczenie o przepisowym uczestnictwie w kursie.

UKoszty kursu integracyjnego

Za udział w kursie trzeba zapłacić instytucji prowadzącej kurs opłatę w wysokości 1 euro za jedną godzinę lekcyjną. Opłatę naleŜy uiścić za kaŜdy blok kursu obejmujący 100 godzin lekcyjnych i przed rozpoczęciem kursu orientacyjnego. Jeśli nie weźmie Pani/Pan udziału w zajęciach, to nie przysługuje Pani/Panu zwrot opłat za opuszczone godziny. Jeśli nie posiada Pani/Pan własnego dochodu, to koszty winna zapłacić osoba zobowiązana do utrzymywania Pani/Pana.

Z opłaty za kurs mogą zostać zwolnione osoby pobierające zasiłek dla bezrobotnych II (Arbeitslosengeld II) lub zapomogę na koszty utrzymania (Sozialhilfe) albo osoby, które ze względu na niskie dochody miałaby szczególne trudności w opłaceniu kursu. Wniosek o zwolnienie z opłaty za kurs naleŜy złoŜyć pisemnie we właściwym oddziale regionalnym Urzędu Federalnego (Bundesamt) (patrz Wykaz adresów). NaleŜy dołączyć dowód potwierdzający zasadność zwolnienia (kopię odpowiedniego zaświadczenia). Prosimy złoŜyć ten wniosek najpóźniej w momencie dokonywania zgłoszenia w instytucji prowadzącej kurs. UZwrot opłaty za kurs

Obowiązuje to jednak tylko w przypadkach, jeśli między wydaniem potwierdzenia udziału w kursie a testem końcowym nie upłynęło więcej niŜ dwa lata. Aby ubiegać się o zwrot kosztów, naleŜy złoŜyć odpowiednie podanie we właściwym oddziale regionalnym Urzędu Federalnego.

UKoszty dojazdów

Osoby zwolnione przez Urząd Federalny z opłaty za kurs, otrzymają teŜ zwrot koniecznych kosztów dojazdów. W tym celu naleŜy złoŜyć podanie do Urzędu Federalnego z uzasadnieniem kosztów dojazdów. Zasadniczo koszty dojazdów będą zwracane tylko w przypadku przepisowego uczestnictwa w kursie.

UPowtórzenie rozszerzonego kursu językowego

Jeśli podczas egzaminu językowego nie wykaŜe się Pan/Pani dostateczną znajomością języka niemieckiego, to zachodzi jednorazowa moŜliwość powtórzenia 300 jednostek lekcyjnych (rozszerzony kurs językowy). Warunkiem jest jednak regularne uczestnictwo w lekcjach i udział w teście końcowym.

Udział w egzaminie językowym po powtórzeniu kursu jest równieŜ bezpłatny.

Aby ubiegać się o powtórzenie kursu rozszerzonego, naleŜy złoŜyć podanie do Urzędu Federalnego.

Se, na qualidade de estrangeiros, já viverem na Alemanha há mais tempo ou forem cidadãos da União Europeia, ou se, como cidadãos alemães, não dominarem suficientemente a língua alemã, poderão apresentar nos Serviços Federais para Migração e Refugiados (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge) um requerimento de admissão para frequentarem um curso de integração.

Crianças, jovens e jovens adultos que ainda frequentem uma escola não poderão participar no curso de integração.

UO que é um curso de integração?

O curso geral de integração é constituído por um curso de língua com 600 horas de aulas e por um curso de orientação com 45 horas de aulas. O curso de língua é composto por blocos de 100 horas. As primeiras 300 horas são denominadas «curso elementar de alemão» e as 300 horas seguintes «curso complementar de alemão».

O curso de orientação fornece-lhes informações sobre a vida na Alemanha, assim como conhecimentos sobre o sistema legal, a cultura e a história mais recente do país.

Também há cursos de integração especiais, como, p. ex., para mulheres, para pais, para jovens, assim como para pessoas que não sabem ler e escrever correctamente. Estes cursos são constituídos por 945 horas de aulas. Se tiverem especial facilidade em aprender, poderão frequentar um curso intensivo que possui apenas 430 horas de aulas.

A fim de determinar qual o curso certo e em que bloco deveriam começar, irão fazer um teste, antes do início do curso, na instituição responsável pela realização do mesmo.

UParticipação no teste final

O teste final é composto de um exame de língua e do teste do curso de orientação. Se demonstrarem conhecimentos suficientes de alemão no exame de língua e ficarem aprovados no teste do curso de orientação, terão, então, concluído com êxito o curso de integração e irão receber o «Certificado do Curso de Integração».

Se não ficarem aprovados, irão receber apenas um certificado comprovativo do resultado obtido.

A participação no teste final é gratuita.

UQuais as vantagens de participar no curso de integração

Se pretenderem obter o direito de permanência ilimitada na Alemanha, os cidadãos estrangeiros provenientes de um país não pertencente à União Europeia terão de satisfazer algumas condições básicas. Delas fazem parte um domínio suficiente da língua alemã, assim como conhecimentos básicos sobre o sistema legal e social e sobre as condições de vida na Alemanha. A frequência e aprovação do curso de integração satisfaz estas condições básicas. Além disso, poderão também, eventualmente, naturalizar-se mais cedo.

Os conhecimentos de alemão adquiridos nos cursos de integração também irão facilitar-lhes o dia a dia na Alemanha e aumentar as vossas oportunidades no mercado do trabalho.

UAutorização para frequentar o curso de integração, a conceder pelos Serviços Federais, e inscrição na instituição responsável pela realização do curso Por favor, preencham o requerimento de admissão na íntegra e de forma legível. Também poderão dirigir-se a uma das instituições responsáveis pela realização dos cursos na área em que residem, que os ajudará a preencher os impressos. Depois de preenchido, enviem o requerimento à repartição regional dos Serviços Federais (Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes) da área em que residem.

Se forem autorizados a frequentar um curso de integração, irão receber uma autorização por escrito (documento de licença) dos Serviços Federais (Bundesamt). Juntamente com a autorização escrita, irão receber também uma lista das instituições responsáveis pela realização dos cursos na área em que residem.

A autorização para frequentar o curso de integração é válida por dois anos. Na autorização escrita, em „A autorização para frequentar o curso é válida até...“, encontra-se a data até à qual poderão inscrever-se para o curso de integração, numa das instituições responsáveis pela realização dos cursos. Inscrevam-se, portanto, o mais brevemente possível e apresentem o documento de licença à respectiva instituição!

A respectiva instituição deverá informá-los sobre a data prevista para o início do curso. O curso deveria começar dentro de um prazo de três meses após a inscrição e não mais tarde. A respectiva instituição terá de os informar, caso não se realize nenhum curso de integração dentro deste prazo. Se tal acontecer, poderão decidir se querem ficar à espera até que o curso se realize ou se preferem inscrever-se noutra instituição. Neste caso, a instituição em que primeiro se inscreveram deverá devolver-lhes o documento de licença.

UFrequência regular do curso

A fim de cumprirem o objectivo do curso de integração, deveriam frequentá-lo regularmente. Isso significa que vão regularmente às aulas e façam o teste final. A frequência regular do curso também é importante, caso lhes sejam pagas as despesas de transporte ou se, mais tarde, quiserem repetir o curso complementar de alemão. Se o desejarem, a respectiva instituição poderá passar-lhes um documento comprovativo da frequência regular do curso.

UCustos do curso de integração

Terão de pagar à instituição responsável pelo curso uma contribuição no valor de 1 euro por cada hora de aula. Esta contribuição deve ser paga antes do início de cada bloco de 100 horas de aulas e antes do curso de orientação. Se faltarem às aulas, a contribuição correspondente às aulas a que faltaram não lhes poderá ser reembolsada. Se não possuirem um rendimento próprio, a contribuição para as despesas do curso deverá ser paga pela pessoa responsável pelo vosso sustento.

Poderão ser isentos do pagamento da contribuição, se receberem subsídio de desemprego II (Arbeitslosengeld II) ou subsídio de assistência social (Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt, Sozialhilfe) ou se o pagamento for demasiado pesado devido aos reduzidos rendimentos de que dispõem. Para serem isentos do pagamento da contribuição, terão de apresentar um requerimento por escrito junto da repartição regional dos Serviços Federais (Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes), responsável pelo vosso caso (ver lista de endereços). Por favor, juntem em anexo o documento comprovativo dos motivos de isenção (cópia do respectivo certificado). O requerimento deve ser apresentado, o mais tardar, quando se inscreverem para o curso numa das instituições competentes. Se tiverem sido isentos do pagamento da contribuição, devem informar imediatamente os Serviços Federais (Bundesamt), caso deixem de receber o subsídio de desemprego II (Arbeitslosengeld II) ou o subsídio de assistência social (Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt, Sozialhilfe) ou se a vossa situação financeira se alterar.

UReembolso da contribuição para as despesas do curso

Se tiverem ficado aprovados no teste final depois do 08.12.2007, os Serviços Federais poderão reembolsar-lhes 50 % da contribuição paga para as despesas do curso, mas só se não tiverem decorrido mais de dois anos entre a data de emissão do documento comprovativo da frequência regular do curso e o teste final. Para o reembolso da contribuição, terão de apresentar um requerimento à respectiva repartição regional dos Serviços Federais (Regionalstelle des Bundesamtes).

UDespesas de transporte

Se os Serviços Federais os isentarem do pagamento da contribuição, também lhes serão reembolsadas as despesas de transporte necessárias. Para isso, terão de apresentar um requerimento junto dos Serviços Federais, justificando essas despesas. Por princípio, as despesas de transporte só serão pagas, se o curso for frequentado regularmente.

URepetição do curso complementar de alemão

Se não tiverem demonstrado conhecimentos suficientes de alemão no exame de língua, poderão repetir uma vez as últimas 300 horas de aulas (curso complementar de alemão). A condição básica para tal, é terem frequentado regularmente as aulas e terem feito o teste final.

A participação no teste de língua, depois de terem repetido o curso complementar, é igualmente gratuita.

Se quiserem repetir o curso complementar de alemão, terão de apresentar um requerimento junto dos Serviços Federais.
