DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

SCDHC is offering an opportunity for individuals and families, who meet program requirements, to become first-time homeowners in Henrico County, Virginia.

Each approved purchaser will be eligible to receive a five-year forgivable loan of up to $14,000 to be used toward down payment assistance and/or closing cost assistance.
