Marine Power Unit – das elektrohydraulische Aggregat direkt

am Armaturenantrieb.

Die von HOERBIGER entwickelten elektrohydraulischen Kom-

paktaggregate werden direkt an den Antrieb von Ventilen,

Kugelhähnen oder Klappen angeflanscht. Das System kommt

daher ganz ohne Hydraulikleitungen aus. Die Reduktion auf die

elektrische Schnittstelle und kompakte Bauform ermöglichen

eine einfache und kostensparende Installation. Es entfallen die

bei traditioneller Ölhydraulik oft kilometerlangen und wartungs-

intensiven Hydraulikinstallationen. Die Installation erfolgt rein

über die elektrische Schnittstelle.

Die Kompakteinheit besteht aus einem Elektromotor, Hydrau-

likpumpe und Tank. Für verschiedene Einsatzfälle stehen

Aggregate mit unterschiedlichen Schutzarten, hydraulischen

Leistungen und Motorspannungen zur Verfügung.

Insbesondere die Hersteller von Systemen für das Flüssigkeits-

Management in Hochseeschiffen – Ballastwasser, Bilgen-

wasser, Trinkwasser und Treibstoff – schätzen die Vorteile der

HOERBIGER Kompaktaggregate.

Konzept Concept

Marine Power Unit – the electro-hydraulic power unit directly

mounted at the valve drive.

The compact electro-hydraulic power units developed by

HOERBIGER are flanged directly to the drives of all kind of

valves. Therefore, the system does without any hydraulic

pipes. The reduction to the electrical interface and the compact

design enable an easy and cost-saving installation. You save

the hydraulic installations used in traditional hydraulics that

are mostly running over thousands of meters and need inten-

sive service. The installation is done purely by the electrical

interface.

The compact unit consists of an electric motor, hydraulic pump

and tank. Power units for various applications with different

protection classes, hydraulic outputs and motor voltages are

available.

In particular, the manufacturers of the flow management of

maritime vessels – ballast water, bilge water, drinking water,

fuel – value the benefits of HOERBIGER compact power units.
