Note:All prices include the network access point at the fair stand and the transfer volume used during the fair and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. The access point consists of an Ethernet 10/100 Base-T RJ45 interface. Up to three IP addresses are included in the price.The ATM-based backbone network ensures maximum system stability. Although network stability is our highest priority, we cannot guarantee 100 per cent availability. We endeavour always to adapt the network to the requirements of the respective event. The Internet access provided is fully transparent. A central network management system is used for monitoring the network ensuring that failures of the backbone and the trade fair network can be recognised and remedial action taken immediately.Network components can be hired as listed in a separate price list. A DNS and e-mail service is also available as an option. The contracting party will be provided with the configuration data for network set-up before the opening of the fair. Please contact the hotline provided for this purpose with any queries you might have. The network access points on the fair stands will be supplied with labels showing the required network settings.If you should have any special requirements with regard to the position of the network access point on your stand, please contact us during your early planning stages.
