Story Synopsis
A UAE Trader required Standby Letter of Credit – SBLC MT760 to import Fabric Weaving Machineries from a global supplier. Bronze Wing Trading helped the trader by providing the required SBLC MT760 without availing cash margin.
The Client’s Objectives
A UAE based textile manufacturing company has decided to expand its operation to be the leading supplier of apparel. For that, they require few more Fabric Weaving units in their factory to speed up the process and maximize the production. Since all their working capitals and profits were spread in their core business, they decided to import the machineries from German by availing Standby LC, as their payment term. As the UAE trader seems to be a reliable and genuine one, the supplier agreed to on Standby LC, being a payment term.
The Client’s Challenge to Avail SBLC
The Client started searching for the ways to avail SBLC MT760 on behalf of their German Supplier. Even though, the UAE trader have a good credit score & reputation in their bank; they were unable to avail Standby LC from their bank account, as they don’t have enough cash margin. So, they started looking for SBLC Providers in Dubai and get referred to us by one of their staff.
Our Scope of Work in SBLC Issuance
The Client submitted their SBLC request to us by submitting their proforma invoice and other legal documents related to their trade deal. We studied their trade deal thoroughly. Since they met all our parameters, we approved their request. The Client signed the service agreement and paid the admin charges. We structured their SBLC transaction with our bank and sent the SBLC draft for Client’s approval. After receiving the SBLC draft approval & SBLC issuance fee charges, we instructed our bank to issue the SBLC to the German supplier’s bank account via authenticated Swift MT760.
The Supplier Shipped the Machineries to UAE Port via Sea Freight!
The Trader Installed the Machine Units in Their Factory and Doubled Their Production to be The No.1 Textile Trader in Dubai!
