Hintergrund
• Cytohesin ist für die Chemokin-induzierte Aktivierung von beta-2 Integrinen und für die RhoA-regulierte Integrin-unabhängige Migration wichtig.
• SecinH3 bindet an die Sec7-Domäne der Mitglieder der Cytohesin-Familie und inhibiert dadurch den Guaninnukleotid-Austausch.
Ziel des Versuchs
• Beobachtung, ob SecinH3 die Migration der T-Zelllinie Jurkat E6 in Richtung des Chemokins CXC12 beeinflusst.

Fazit
• SecinH3 beeinflusst die Migration der T-Zellen in Richtung des Chemokins.
• Je höher die Konzentration von SecinH3, desto geringer die Migration.
• Wenig Unterschied zwischen 0,5µM und 1µM SecinH3 Wirkungsgrenze
