IMPORTANT REMARKS ON OUR PRICES IN EUR- Our rates are based on the prices charged by the Silvrettaseilbahn AG, Ischgl in EUR (a common price is charged in the skiing area)- Prices in EUR are based on the current exchange rate between the Euro and the Swiss franc and may be adjusted in the course of the season. We are therefore unable to indicate our prices in CHF and kindly ask our Swiss customers for their understanding- No refund shall be made in case of exchange rate differences
GROUP CONDITIONS- No separate group rates- One free ticket for every 20 paying persons- All ski passes need to be purchased at the same time- Youth groups and school classes receive the child‘s rate up to the age of 19 years
REFUNDS- Only in case of accident and only for the person(s) involved (accompanying persons are not entitled to a refund)- Ski pass must be immediately deposited at the cablecar ticket office- Medical note (from the valley doctor) required without exception!- The Day of accident shall not be refunded- After the season, no more refunds are possible
FORGOTTEN SKI PASS- Goodwill for 1 day- Buy a day pass at the normal rate- Refund minus handling fee, if the forgotten pass is unused- Refund only by the selling company (optionally substituted by remittance)
LOST TICKETS OR PASSES- Replacement possible for ski passes valid 3 days and over- Receipt of purchase (or proof of cancellation) required - Handling fee € 11.00- Damaged tickets / passes shall not be accepted for return- Non-functioning tickets are replaced upon presentation of receipt of purchase (or proof of cancellation)
SKI BUS TRANSFER- Free use of ski busses in Samnaun- Pfunds/Spiss ski bus only free with valid ski pass

General information:- After the operating times of the cable cars, the slopes are closed and not secured against any potential dangers including avalanche blastings or piste grooming machines with cable winches – danger of death!- Children below 1.25 m (4 foot 2 inches) in height must be accompanied by an adult when using the chairlifts.
