Vorstellung des Unternehmens

WOLTERSDORF Schweißmaschinenwurde 1994 gegründet. Die Firma ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft mit Sitz in Woltersdorf am Stadtrand von Berlin. Im Ort Woltersdorf gibt es eine lange Tradition im Schweißgerätebau. Hier werden seit 50 Jahren Schweißgeräte gefertigt.

Unser Unternehmen hat 3 Produktionsstandorte in Deutschland. WOLTERSDORF Schweißmaschinen entwickelt und produziert alle MIG/MAG-Geräte selbst. Seit der Gründung wurde auf kontinuierliche Entwicklung und wirtschaftliche Unabhängigkeit Wert gelegt.

Wir haben heute ein komplettes Programm an MIG/MAG-Schweißgeräten. Wir produzieren mehr als 1000 Industriemaschinen pro Jahr und verkaufen diese in Deutschland sowie im Export in 20 Ländern weltweit.

Neben MIG/MAG-Geräten liefern wir auch WIG-Schweißinverter, Elektrodenschweißinverter und Elektrodenschweißgleichrichter sowie Transformatoren. Eine Extrasektion von WOLTERSDORF Schweißmaschinen ist die Entwicklung und Produktion von speziellen Schweißautomaten nach Kundenwunsch.

Unsere Schweißgeräte werden vor der Serienherstellung unter härtesten Bedingungen erprobt und während der Fertigung ständig strengen Kontrollen unterzogen. Dies gibt uns die Sicherheit und Ihnen die Gewähr, stets ein ausgereiftes Produkt zu erhalten. Der Export erfolgt ausschließlich über unsere Distributeure.

Im Interesse der technischen Weiterentwicklung sind Konstruktions- und Ausführungsänderungen vorbehalten.

WOLTERSDORF Schweißmaschinenhas been established in 1994 as a private capital company. Headquarter of the company is in Woltersdorf, outskirts of Berlin. Town of Woltersdorf has long tradition in welding machines, they are here produced in last 50 years.

Our company has 3 production places in Germany. We develop and manufacture all MIG/MAG welding machines by ourselves. We attached great importance to continuous development and commercial independence.

Today, we have complete MIG/MAG range. We produce more than 1000 industrial machines per year, and our market is Germany and export in 20 other countries all over the world.

Beside MIG/MAG machines, we deliver TIG welding inverters, MMA welding inverters, rectifiers and transformers.

One of our divisions takes care about development and production of special automatic welding machines.

Before reaching series production, our welding equipment is tested under the most servere conditions, and during manufacture it is subjected to strict inspection at all times. This gives the confidence to us and the guarantee to you that all our products are of top quality.

MIG Schweißautomat mit 12 Schweißbrenner

Die Schweißanlage wurde für eine renommierte Stahlbaufirma in Deutschland konstruiert und gebaut. Wahlweise ist das Schweißen mit Unterpulver (UP) oder Schutzgas (MIG/MAG) mit einem oder zwei Schweißköpfen möglich. Gerade, diagonale oder gekrümmte Bauteile können geschweißt werden. Die Fahrbahn der Auslegerschweißanlage ist 30 m lang. Dadurch werden Bauteile bis 24 m geschweißt. Die Schweißköpfe werden automatisch am Bauteil geführt.

Der Schweißautomat wurde für eine renommierte Anlagenbaufirma in Mitteldeutschland konstruiert und gebaut. Damit können Bauteile bis 4,5m Breite und 30m Länge wahlweise UP oder MIG/MAG geschweißt werden.

Der Schweißautomat wurde für eine renommierte Maschinenbaufirma in Belgien gebaut. Mit der mobilen Kompaktschweiß-anlage werden Doppelrahmen aus Kastenprofilen bis 3500 mm Länge mit sehr hoher Produktivität geschweißt.Alle Schweißnähte werden gleichzeitig ausgeführt durch 12 Schweißbrenner mit je einem separaten MIG-Kompaktschweißgerät. Das Bauteil wird automatisch gespannt auf dem Hubtisch und mit Schweißgeschwindigkeit bewegt. Der Fügeprozess ist vollautomatisch. Die Bedienung erfolgt durch eine Person.

SAW - and MIG/MAG automatic welding machines for longitudinal seamsThis automatic welding machine was designed and built for a well known german steel construction company. With this machine it is possible to weld with SAW or MIG/MAG processes, with one or two welding heads. It can be used for welding seams on straight, diagonal or even bent workpieces, with an automatic head seam tracking system. Carriage way of the machine is 30 m long, and it can be used to weld workpieces up to 24 m length.

With this machine it is possible to weld on workpieces up to 4,5m wide and 30m long, with SAW or MIG/MAG welding processes.

The machine is compact and mobile, designed for welding steel frames up to 3500 mm long, with very big productivity. All welding joints are made simultaneously, with 12 MIG torches, driven with 12 separate MIG welding units. Welding object is automaticaly positioned in the correct welding position, and welded in absolute short time. Complete process is fully automatic, operation is done by one person, all weldings are performed in protected area where fumes and gases are removed.
