KURZBESCHREIBUNGDer europaweit einzigartige Fachkongress für Medizin und pflanzenbetonte Ernährung VegMed findet 2020 bereits zum sechsten Mal statt. Der Kongress widmet sich der praktischen und wissenschaftlichen Etablierung einer zukunftsfähigen pflanzenbasierten Ernährung in Medizin und Gesellschaft. Am Publikumstag steht er allen interessierten Besuchenden offen.VegMed richtet sich an Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Medizinstudierende, sowie Forschende und Arbeitende der Ernährungswissenschaft und anderen verwandten Fachrichtungen. Erwarten dürfen Teilnehmende zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Vorträge weltweit führender Forscherinnen und Forscher, sowie renommierte Ärztinnen und Ärzte. Die VegMed lädt ein zu praxis-orientierten Workshops, Podiumsdebatten, Plattformen für professionelles Networking und einem Forum aus vielseitigen und kulinarischen Ausstellern. Ein abwechslungsreiches Rahmenprogramm aus Mini-Symposien, Yoga, Entspannung und Kultur runden die VegMed 2020 ab.
