    अलग बोली सलंग्नक II के अिुसार दजा करें।

    निधााररत समर् के बाद प्राप्त हुए बोली तथा सशता बोली को स्वीकार िही ं नकर्ा जारे्गा।

    नवभाग के पास सभी र्ा नकसी भी निनवदा को नबिा कोई कारण बताए स्वीकार /अस्वीकार करिे

    का अनधकार है। निर्म एंव शतों के नलए सलंग्नक I देखें तथा इसे निनवदाकताा के प्रानधकृत

    हस्ताक्षरकताा द्वारा हस्ताक्षररत कर जमा करें।

    Subject: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for EPBAX Machine &

    Telephone Instruments, Junction boxes and Cable etc. from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020.

    This office desires to enter into Annual Maintenance Contract for EPABX

    Machine Model- Karel DS 200 & NEC EPABX system SL 1000 and Telephone instruments and

    junction box & Cables etc. from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020. Sealed quotations are invited from

    reputed vendors. The Quotations should reach the undersigned on or before 11:00 AM on

    28.03.2019. Quotations will open on same day at 04:00 PM.

    The cover containing quotation should be super scribed as “Quotation for

    Comprehensive AMC for EPBAX Machine & Telephone Instruments, Junction boxes and

    Cable etc. for year 2019-20.” The Contract amount of EPBAX machine and Telephone

    instruments Junction Box & Cables etc. may be mentioned in the quotation separately as

    Annexure II-

    Conditional quotations will not be accepted. This office reserves the right to

    accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever. Please see

    Annexure-I for Terms and Conditions and same should be submitted with quotation duly

    accepted and signed by the vendor.

    Annexure –I

    Terms & Conditions

    1. This office does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject

    any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason whatsoever. Inadequate or

    incomplete tenders in any respect or tenders not fulfilling the prescribed conditions are

    liable to be rejected. Canvassing in any form by the tenderers/bidders will also result in

    rejection.

    2. A bid security (EMD- Earnest Money Deposit) amounting to Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five

    thousand only.) in shape of Demand Draft must be supplied with the quotation in favour of

    “Pay and Accounts Officer, Office of the Accountant General (A&E) Punjab and UT

    Chandigarh.” The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the award of work

    without any interest and EMD of successful bidder will be released only after completion

    of the AMC period without any interest.

    3. The AMC shall be purely comprehensive and maintenance services shall consist of

    corrective maintenance of the system which includes components, includes all

    hardware/software/Telephone instruments, junction box and Telephone cables etc.

    4. However, detailed list of Parts and nature (Consumable/ Non-consumable) thereof to be

    included or excluded under the proposed AMC shall clearly be mentioned by the

    bidder/tenderer in their respective quotations.

    5. All the major hardware items and other important installations shall be checked/serviced

    thoroughly at least once in a month and a report thereon shall be submitted to this office.

    Materials/Labours required for this purpose shall be brought by the contractor.

    6. Payment shall be made at the end of every half year after rendering satisfactory services at

    this end.TDS at 2% will be deducted at the time of making payment.

    7. Complaints shall be attended immediately. If any complaint is not attended within time

    period of 24 hrs., appropriate penalty, which shall be decided by the competent authority of

    this office, per complaint beyond the stipulated time shall be imposed till the completion of

    work/call closure. The vendor has to visit this office on regular basis and at least three days

    in a week preferably on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    8. If any item (s) or part thereof is to be removed from the machine then the contractor shall

    arrange (i) to deploy his labour(s) to shift the item out of this office premises (after getting

    prior approval of the competent authority) (ii) to replace faulty parts or to provide suitable

    standby item (s) immediately along with consumable and non-consumable relevant/spare

    parts (if any).

    9. If any defect(s)is(are)noticed or any complaint pending during the contract period, the levy

    of compensation for any dislocation of work due to delayed rectification or any other

    reason, will be decided by the competent authority of this office to enforce penalty claim

    from the contractor.

    10. If for any reason, the contractor is not able to attend the com plaints/problem, the job shall

    be got done from some other firm or from the open market at the risk and cost of the

    contractor and the expenditure incurred thereon shall be recovered from the contractor. The

    recurrence of such instances in three occasions may also entail the termination of the

    contract.

    11. The vendor shall not sublet the whole or part of the works, except where otherwise

    provided in the contract, without the prior written consent of the competent authority of

    this office. Such consent, if given, shall not relieve the contractor from any liability or

    obligation under the contract and he shall be responsible for the acts, defaults and neglects

    of his and any of his agents' servants or workmen.

    12. The contractor shall at all times during the currency of contract conform to and comply

    with the regulations and bye laws of the Central Government or of this office and of all

    other local authorities, the provisions contained in the various labour acts enacted by the

    State Legislature and Parliament in force and the rules made there under including those

    under Minimum Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Provident Fund Regulation

    etc., for welfare and protection of workers or for the safety of the public and other

    insurance provisions.

    13. The contractor shall indemnify this office against any liability for compensation due to

    injury to his own workmen or to other persons inside the office premises while executing

    any of the work (s) under the contract and for any damage to the property.

    14. The AMC is initially for the period of one year i.e. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020, which may

    be subsequently extended by the competent authority subject to the satisfactory service by

    the vendor.
