Guide needlesThe edges of the guides are rounded and ensure asmooth yarn path. This enables the processing ofmicro fibres at high operating speeds.For selected machines they are available as turnableguide leads.

KettbaumantriebJede Baumposition wird von einem Servomotor über eine Zahnriemen-getriebe-Stufe angetrieben. Der Kunde kann dabei zwischen �single� und�multi speed� wählen. Die Eingabe der Fadenmengen erfolgt am touchscreen. Die exakten Fadenlieferwerte werden durch den Rollenarm kontrol-liert und geregelt.

Beam driveEach beam is driven by means of servomotor by tooth belt gear. Thecustomer can select between �single� and � multi speed� drive.The input ofthe yarn consumption can be made by the touch screen. The exact yarndelivery is controlled by the roller arm.

PoleinrichtungDie Poleinrichtung kann auf allen Kettenwirkautomaten installiert werden. Dabeiwird die spezielle Polplatinenbarre bei Kurzhubmaschinen an Stelle der hinters-ten Legebarre montiert und bei Maschinen mit Mittel- oder Normalhub als zusätz-liche Barre hinzugefügt. Je nach Poleinrichtung sind Polhöhen von 1,1 bis 2,5mm und 2,5 bis 4,5 mm stufenlos einstellbar.

Pile deviceThe pile device can be installed on all tricot machines. Thereby the special pilesinker bar will be exchanged with the hindmost guide bare in case of shortneedle stroke machines. For normal and medium needle stroke machines thepile device can be added additionally. Depending on the pile device different pileheights from 1,1 to 2,5 mm and 2,5 to 4,5 mm steplessly adjustable.

Elastik - EinrichtungBei der Verarbeitung von Elastan sind die Kettenwirk-automaten zusätzlich mit einer rollenden Fadenum-lenkung, Warenbreithaltern, speziell beschichtetenAbzugswalzen und einer speziellen Warenaufrollungversehen. Für COPCENTRA 2 KE ist die Elastik-Einrichtung Standard, alle anderen Typen könnenoptional nachgerüstet werden.
