D RAUMBEZEICHNENDOb eigenständig oder in Kombination mit standardisierten, linearen System-komponenten: Die drei Ausführungen des Profi lbogens CURVE machen neu-artige Beleuchtungskonzepte in Bezug auf Form und Optik möglich – und zwar ohne Ecken und Kanten. Denn mit CURVE können Figuren wie Kreise, Wellen oder Rechtecke mit abgerundeten Kanten an die Decke „gezeichnet“ werden. Die Profi lbögen begleiten die Konturen der Architektur auf besondere Weise und eignen sich somit gut in Gebäuden, die auf eine angenehme und gleichzeitig außergewöhnliche Beleuchtung setzen.
WANDLUNGSFÄHIGDie unterschiedlichen Radien und Winkel der CURVE-Ausführungen bieten nahezu endlose Gestaltungsfreiräume: Die Profi lbögen können eigenständig oder mit den Standardprofi lsystemen Frame 80, Minimal 60 oder Mino 60 kombiniert werden. Somit gibt es die CURVE Leuchtensysteme als Aufbau-, Einbau- oder abgehängte Variante. Eine Einschränkung auf ein ausschließlich linear angeordnetes Beleuchtungskonzept gehört hiermit der Vergangenheit an.
DURCHGÄNGIG GUTDie CURVE-Profi lbögen besitzen eine innovative und hocheffi ziente Abdeckung, die ästhetische Optik mit wegweisender Funktionalität verbindet: Das HPO-Cover (High Performance Opal Cover). Seine neue Materialzusammensetzung sorgt – verglichen mit opalen Standardabdeckungen – für einen wesentlich hö-heren Transmissionsgrad mit einer um 15 % erhöhten Lichtausbeute. Alternativ ist die Abdeckung auch mit einer blendungsbegrenzenden, mikroprismatischen Struktur erhältlich.
E SPACE-DEFININGWhether used on their own or in combination with standardized, linear system components, the three models of the CURVE profi le arc allow users to create new lighting concepts with a variety of shapes and visual effects – without sharp edges or angles. CURVE makes it possible to „draw“ fi gures such as circles, waves, or rectangles with rounded corners on the ceiling. The profi le arcs can match the contours of the architecture in a unique way, making them well-suited for structures with a need for lighting that both is pleasing and unusual.
VERSATILEThe various radiuses and angles of the CURVE models offer almost limitless freedom in styling and design: The profi le arcs can be used individually or combined with the standard sectional systems Frame 80, Minimal 60, or Mino 60. The CURVE luminaire systems are available in surface-mounted, recessed, or suspended versions. With all this versatility, strictly linear lighting arrangements are now history.
QUALITY AT EVERY LEVELThe CURVE profi le arcs have an innovative and highly effi cient cover, which combines aesthetic visuals and cutting-edge functionality: the HPO (High Performance Opal) cover. The new material composition of this cover delivers signifi cantly higher light transmission levels, with a light yield more than 15% higher than that of standard opal covers. The cover is also available with a microprismatic structure for glare suppression.

D ABDECKUNGDie Abdeckung der CURVE ist in opaler Ausführung (HPO) oder mit einer blendungsbegrenzenden, mikro-prismatischen Struktur erhältlich. Durch eine spezielle Verformungs-technik wird die Abdeckung exakt an den Radius des Aluminiumprofiles angepasst.
E COVERThe cover of the CURVE is available as an opal (HPO) surface or with a micro-prismatic structure for glare suppressi-on. A special deformation technique adapts the cover to precisely fit the radius of the aluminium frame.
D REFLEKTORDie Oberfläche des Reflektors ist für eine möglichst hohe Leuchteneffizienz mit einer hochreflektierenden Ober-fläche (high reflective coating) beschich-tet. Der im Radius des Aluminium-profiles geformte Reflektor sorgt für eine absolut homogene Ausleuchtung der Abdeckung.
E REFLECTORThe surface of the reflector has a high reflective coating to provide the great-est possible light efficiency. The reflec-tor in the radius of the aluminium frame ensures completely uniform illumination of the cover.
D LEDAls Lichtquelle werden ausschließlich hocheffiziente LEDs mit Farbwieder-gabewerten von CRI 85 und Farb-temperaturen von wahlweise 3000 K und 4000 K verwendet. Durch den Einsatz der neuesten LED-Generation mit 170 lm/W bei 4000 K und 25°C erreichen wir eine hervorragende Lichtausbeute von bis zu 103 lm/W.
E LEDFor its light source, the luminaire uses only high-efficiency LEDs with a colour rendering index of CRI 85 and selected colour temperatures of 3000 K and 4000 K. By using the latest generation of LEDs with 170 lm/W at 4000 K and 25°C, we achieve an outstanding light yield of up to 103 lm/W.
D VERRIEGELUNGÜber einen einfachen, werkzeuglosen Verriegelungsmechanismus werden die LED-Insets nach der Montage des Aluminiumprofiles eingesetzt.
E FASTENINGA simple, tool-free fastening mecha-nism is used to mount the LED insets after the aluminium frame has been installed.
D KONVERTERDer Konverter ist direkt am LED-Inset befestigt und ist optional DIM DALI tauglich. Für eine Durchgangsverdraht-ung ist die Leuchte mit einer entspre-chenden Steckklemme ausgeführt.
E CONVERTERThe converter is attached directly to the LED inset, with optional DALI dimming capability. The luminaire has a plug-in terminal that can be used for feed-through wiring.
