The 2-stage manual compressors are two-cylinder units for operating pressures of up to 50 bar.

The small one cylinder air cooled 2-stagesair compressors produce compressed air up to
an operating pressure level of 40 bar.Thanks to their space-saving design, they are outstandingly
suitable for use in small ships, for instance. One possible version is the compressor unit complete
with PLC control system for automatic operation, operating hour counter, pressure switch and solenoid
drain valves.

Stufen führt zu niedrigen Betriebstemperaturen und einer hohen Langlebigkeit des Kompressors. Neben der hohen Leistungsfähigkeit zeichnen sich die 3-stufigen
luftgekühlten Startkompressoren durch eine platzsparende Bauweise und geringen Wartungsbedarf
aus. Eine breite Zubehörpalette eröffnet darüber hinaus verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung an
spezifische Anforderungen. Equipped with up to three cylinders depending on
volumetric flow, these starting air compressors compress atmospheric air to operating pressures of up to 40 bar in 3 stages. Subdividing the pressure ratio into three stages leads to low operating temperatures and the extensive longevity of the compressor. Besides high
performance, the 3-stage air-cooled starting compressors are characterised by their space-saving design and low maintenance requirements. A wide range of accessories
offers various options for adaptation to specific requirements.

sich seit Jahren bewähren. Unsere wassergekühlten Kolbenkompressoren verdichten die atmosphärische Luft in zwei Stufen auf bis zu 40 bar. Das Kühlwasser
sorgt für eine optimale Kühlung der Verdichtungsluft im Betriebsablauf. Optional ist die Kühlung mit Seewassermöglich. Die wassergekühlten Kompressoren zeichnen
sich durch geringe Vibrationen und einer geringen Geräuschentwicklung aus.
The water-cooled models, which have been demonstrating their capabilities for a number of years, are the classic alternative to the air-cooled starting air
compressors. Our water-cooled piston-type compressors compress the atmospheric air to up to 40 bar in two
stages. The cooling water ensures optimal cooling of thecompressed air in the operating process. Optionally, cooling with seawater is possible. The water-cooled
compressors are characterised by low vibrations and low noise development.

AD2000-Regelwerk ausgelegt, gefertigt und geprüft. Weiterhin sind Abnahmen und Zertifizierungen nach den Regeln sämtlicher internationaler Schiffsklassifikations-
gesellschaften (z. B. DNV-GL, BV, LR usw.) bei uns unverzichtbarer Standard. Entsprechend der
spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden realisieren wir auch Sonderausführungen in höchster Qualität und
mit zuverlässiger Funktionalität. Die Druckbehälter werden bei Kundenbedarf komplett mit allen
erforderlichen Armaturen und Ausrüstungsteilen geliefert.We design, manufacture and test pressure vessels

Speziell für den Einsatz als Armatur von Druckbehältern, haben wir moderne, zuverlässige und FEM-berechnete
Ventilköpfe und Sonderventile entwickelt. Diese gewähr- leisten einen dauerhaften Betrieb (gemäß AD2000-S1) auf
Schiffen, Plattformen (FPSO) und Landanlagen. Sie können unter anderem auf Startluft-, Notluft-, Hilfs- und
Serviceluft- sowie Arbeitsluftbehältern installiert werden und sind in den Nennweiten DN 16/20, DN 38, DN 50 und DN 80 lieferbar. Die Ausführung des Ventilkopfes DN 38
entspricht dabei z. B. der DIN 6276. Am Ventilkopf befindensich die Absperr-, Sicherheits- und Kontrollarmaturen
zentral und platzsparend an einem Gehäuse angeordnet.

They can be installed on starting air, emergency air and working air reservoirs, etc., and are available

for working air pressures between 7 and 15 bar. Based on our customers' specifications, we design and
manufacture complete and compact modules with high longevity. A complete module includes screw-type
compressors, receivers, driers, filters and other accessories, including piping and electrical wiring of all
components. Thus we are able to meet all required compressed air qualities according to ISO 8573-1:2010.
Ergänzend zu unserem hochwertigen Startluft-kompressorenprogramm liefern wir zuverlässige
Drucklufterzeuger für konstante Arbeitsluft zwischen 7 und 15 bar. Auf Basis der Spezifikationen unserer
