Profiles for the construction industry are produced by our extruder production line, and cross-shaped wedges, T-shaped wedges even as glass-brick spacers are produced by die-casting. Întreprinderea noastră produce şi comercializează în en-gros profile şi accesorii pentru gresie (reci), pentru podele din lemn şi asemănătoare (calde). Cu extruderul şi cu maşinile cu care facem produsele din materialele plastice de exemplu: difer-ite profile, cruci distanţieri şi distanţiere pentru cărămizi de sticlă, şi profile din aluminiu în diferite culori. Round edge profiles have been developed to provide a smooth fit at outer corner with walls. They are gen-tly rounded and available in various materials. Apart from their protective function, they are also suitable for sophisticated designs. The profiles are made of coloured materials and are extremely UV-, and weather-resistant. It is also suitable for internal and external use. In addition, they are suitable for cover-ing wall sockets for use with tiles, carpet, parquet or natural stone. Available for common tile thicknesses in lots of colours.

Die klassische Bogenform bietet eine perfekte Lösung für den ästhetischen Abschluss des Fliesenbelages und der Kanten. Die durchgefärbten Viertelkreisprofile bieten wirkungsvollen Schutz vor Beschädigung der Fliesenkanten. Sie weisen höchste UV- und Wetterbeständigkeit auf und sind sowohl im Innen- wie im Außenbereich einsetzbar.

Forma elicoidală este folosită pentru a asigura protecţia marginilor. Aceste profile sunt rezistente la schimbarea de temperatură. Se fabrică in diferite culori. Aceste profile semirotunde se fabrică şi din aluminiu, alamă şi materiale inoxidabile. Profilele semirotunde din metal protejează gresia şi in aceeaşi timp sunt estetice. Pentru toate comenzile se folosesc codurile superioare pentru indentificarea culorilor.

Mivel élvédőink fantázianeveket viselnek, ezért számokkal helyettesítettük őket, a könnyebb rendelés végett. Az alábbi színkódokat RAL színkódokkal is meghatároztuk. Rendelésnél minden esetben az első kódot kell használni, a RAL színkód csak a beazonosításhoz kell.

Even if our profiles have fancy names, they have been replaced with numbers. In order to make ordering easier, we replaced the fancy names of our profiles by numbers. The codes of the colours are defined with RAL codes. You need the RAL codes just for identification.

Da unsere Profile Fantasienamen tragen, wurden sie durch Nummern ersetzt um Ihnen die Bestellung leichter zu machen. Die oben angegebenen Farbkodes wurden zusätzlich mit RAL-Kodes ergänzt. Bei der Bestellung muss immer der Farbkode angegeben werden. Der RAR-Kode dient nur zur Identifizierung.

Datorită faptului că profilele noastre au denumiri de fantezie acestea sunt numerotate pentru a uşura procesul de coman-dare. Pentru o identificare şi mai bună aceste produse sunt prevăzute cu cod R.A.L, dar in caz de comandă se va folosi codul superior (nu codul R.A.L).

The using of these floor/wall covering corner profiles are recommended in kitchens, baths and public environments. A kemény PVC vagy alumínium alapot a habarcsba kell ágyazni, míg a lágy PVC vagy gumi a profil szélességének köszönhetően a burkolt felület mozgását csillapítja.A dilatációs profilok szélessége 5-45 mm, emiatt viszonylag nagy tágulást tesznek lehetővé.

It is used in tiled floors where absorption of compres-sion, shear and tensile stress is required. It is designed to protect the corner the crack and breakage of the tiles, what follow from the differing expansion. The movement joints consist of two parts. One of them is produced from rigid PVC or aluminium, what have to embed into mortar. Thanks to the width of the other part, what is made from soft PVC or rubber,it allows big expansion.The width of the movement joints are 5-45mm.

Dehnfugenprofile schaffen bei größeren Flächen Bewegungszonen, in denen die durch Wärmeausdehnung oder Kälteschrumpfung bedingten Spannungen absorbiert werden. Somit werden Risse in allen Hartbodenbelägen vermieden.Sie werden aus Aluminium oder Hart-PVC bzw. aus Gummi oder Weich-PVC hergestellt. Das Dehnfugenprofil wird in das vorbereitete Mörtelbett oder bei der Dünnbettverlegung in das Klebebett eingedrückt. Danach werden die Befestigungsschenkel überspachtelt.Das 5-45 mm breite Dehnfugenprofil ermöglicht eine relativ große Bewegungszone.

The transition profiles are made from anodized alumini-um with gold/silver/bronze finish. It is the ideal solution for joining two floors at different levels, such as carpet, vinyl and tile. It is used to give a clean-cut, elegant, aesthetical finish, when joining and compensating dif-ferences in level of floors. You can fix it with glue/silicone, with screw (punched) or with adhesive (self-adhesive).

Using the cross-shaped wedges is very important to have a good configuration and high quality. The wedges are helpful for laying tiles precisely and securely. The VIAR wedges are made from hard plastic by our company. They are available in many sizes and in two variations ( with long legs and with bracing, or with short, brief legs).

Es empfiehlt sich, bei der Auswahl der Fugenkreuze auf die richtige Qualität zu achten. Die längeren Flügel der Fugenkreuze dienen als Abstandhalter der exakten und schnellen Verlegung von Fußbodenplatten. Braţele lungi a crucilor asigură ca gresiile să fie puse estetic, găurile de pe acestea fac să fie flexibile. Alkalmas vezetékek, csapok, szerelvények, kád-, mosdószifonok, kéménynyílások, vízórák, fűtésszerelvények takarására, elrejtésére. Megfelelő méretre vágható fémlap, amely az adott csempe-, kerámia-, márványlapra ragasztható. Fontos a beépítés után a mágnesek beállítása, hogy a csempelap ne billegjen és síkban illeszkedjen.
