Cucina Povera, zu Deutsch „Arme-Leute-Küche“,

bedeutet jedoch weit mehr: Eine einfache Küche, die

sich für ihren regionalen Charakter nicht schämt, son-

dern ihn bewahrt hat. In der auf traditionelle Weise

nach Originalrezepten abwechslungsreiche Gerichte

zubereitet werden. Mit Zutaten vorwiegend aus der

Region, die man an Ort und Stelle frisch verarbeitet.

Cucina Povera ist heute noch in Umbrien zu Hause.

Bereits Großvater Camilli wuchs mit dieser Küche

auf, sie wurde ein Teil der Familientradition. Durch

sein Mitwirken bewahren wir dieses qualitätsori-

entierte Küchenkonzept und setzen es mit unse-
