Training of Counterpart Staff

We offer to organize and undertake on-the-job training for counterpart

staff. The employees are seconded to our team by the Client during

implementation of the project.

In general, the main cooperation tasks between our experts and their

counterparts during the implementation of the project are proposed as

follows:

Efficient processing of technical questions raised by the

counterparts

Technical support of counterpart staff through transmission of

relevant knowledge and experience gained from other relevant

projects. This also involves communication of methodological

suggestions and tools for problem solving and decision making,

which have proven to be effective

General evaluation and feedback of experience

Safeguarding, implementation and achievement of objectives

Regular information of the client of all relevant progress and

developments

We attach great importance to the training of counterpart staff. For this

reason our experts do their best to ensure that all important documents,

relevant project information, publications and the like are passed on to the

respective counterparts. It is also both useful and necessary for the

experience and results obtained during the course of the training to be

systematically discussed and evaluated during and after the completion of

work in the field. This task is implemented by our experts and their

counterparts involved in close cooperation with the support team of the

parent company.

An experienced multi-disciplinary team of experts composed of specialists

and engineers is available on site to ensure that the training of

counterpart staff is effectively supported. Where it is necessary, external

specialists from associated firms and institutions will be added to the

team.
