Neuer CBN-Schneidstoff für das Hochgeschwindigkeitsschlichten von hitzebeständigen Legierungen

- Hitzebeständigkeit und Oxidationsbeständigkeit werden durch die Verwendung von Binde-mitteln auf Aluminiumoxidbasis verbessert. Das maximiert die Leistung bei der Hochgeschwindigkeits-bearbeitung von hitzebeständigen Legierungen

- Zirkonoxid verbessert die Biegebruchfestigkeit

- Durch eine sehr geringe CBN-Korngröße wird eine ausgezeichnete Oberflächengüte erzielt
