Project description 項目簡介: • Being built on an area of 12.76ha (5 phases) by Becamex IDC, Mien Dong International General Hospital provides medical treatment services to all types of people, including foreigners working or traveling in Binh Duong Province and the vicinity. The hospital will give a priority with the proportion of 3%-5% of beds being reserved for poor patients and beneficiaries of social welfare with charge-free regime, 20% - 100% of hospital fee discount scheme. The hospital is built with all standards satisfying required provisions to provide adequate services such as inpatient and outpatient treatment, comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, diagnosis, testing, clinical treatment service and other relating services in proper support for human heath care.

• Besides medical examination and treatment service, the hospital also performs function as a practical training center for medical schools, colleges, universities and medical staff of other hospitals, medical centers when in need. The hospital also invests into other subjects of scientific research, application of progress in scientific techniques to medical treatment and health care services. In addition, the hospital will sign professional support contracts with leading and specialized hospitals to improve treatment quality as well as to share high tech medical equipment with other medical centers when in need.

• Second phase would bring its capacity up to 1,600 beds

此外,該醫院亦與領先的專科醫院簽訂專業支援合同,以改善療程質素,以及與其他有需要的醫療中心,

Project description 項目簡介: On March, 2006 Binh Duong People’s committee approved the guideline of investing the project of Becamex City Center in writing at Phu Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot town, Binh Duong province and appoint Becamex IDC Corp as the investor.

The construction of Becamex City Center project is a new vision of Becamex IDC Corp in building a center including high class condominium, commercial houses, office for lease, hotel, and park… in order to dissolve in the general development of society and meet the demand of the whole community.

On 8th February 2009, Becamex IDC organized the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Becamex City Center with the total investment capital of over 2,500 billion VND ( 250 millions USD).

The project is 50% completed.

在2006年3月,平陽人民委員會書面通過了在平陽省土龍蒙特鎮富安區的Becamex城市中心投資項目的指

引,並委任Becamex IDC公司作為投資者。

Becamex 城市中心的建築項目是Becamex IDC公司的新願景,希望建造一個包括高級公寓、商業住宅、出

Project description 項目簡介: BART Lake Merritt Station Commercial DevelopmentAs a part of the system wide earthquake safety program, this building was evaluated by BART seismic engineers. Whereas many of the older East Bay stations and support structures were deemed to be repairable and upgradable - this headquarters facility required prohibitive repair measures and also it would be too small to house the expanded modem administrative functions of BART. So it was decided that the forty year old, steel moment frame, concrete precast curtain wall, building should be removed. But because the mid-rise structure straddles a key BART Station, it couldn’t be demolished. It had to be dismantled; slowly, gingerly & sensitively. Because we have done similar sensitive removals (for SFO, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), San Francisco Redevelopment) our firm was selected. Hazmat issues, safety protocol and structural bracing were other key considerations. Our team Included PSI, Degenkolb, Swinerton Management & Consulting. Safely taking down this mid-rise was almost as complex as putting it up. To date (02-20-2010) there have been no safety, hazmat, community, security, or staff problems. A clean, quiet success has been achieved by our team on a controversial job.

BART梅里特湖站商業發展

這幢建築是抗震安全項目一部分,BART地震工程師已為項目進行評估。許多舊東灣車站及支撐結構

需要修建,但由於總部面積細小,不便進行維修工程,因此決定拆除這幢四十年歷史的建築。但由於

中層的結構橫跨BART的主要車站,須謹慎逐步拆卸。我們曾為三藩市東灣水務局SFO重建計劃項目

進行類似拆卸工作,因而獲選。危險物料、安全協議及支撐結構亦是考慮關鍵因素。我們的團隊包括

PSI、Degenkolb、Swinerton Management & Consulting。安全拆除與建設同樣複雜。到現時為止(02-20-2010)

我們並沒有出現任何安全、危險物料、社區、保安或員工等問題,正逐步完成這項爭議性工作。

Project description 項目簡介: University of Bagamoyo New CampusThe University of Bagamoyo is an institution of higher education located in the United Republic of Tanzania. It is desirous of developing a 560 acre of land, about 60 km north of Dar es Salaam and about 10 km south of the City center of Bagamoyo on the road connecting Dar es Salaam and Bagamoyo. Starting as a zoological park in the capital city of Luanda, it grew to include an additional adjacent zoological park 100 miles to the south in a national park setting. With this idea in place, other key provinces, Cuando Cobango and Melange, were added to the program because of their natural and animal environments. From this multi-province inclusion came the realization that a safari / tourism program could be successfully marketed to capture the European - American - Asian travellers. Where hotels and resorts could be implemented around the Luanda zoo area, safari bush lodge tents could more easily be pitched at the eco-tourism sites in all the two outlying provinces. This type of tourism has been very successful in South Africa and Botswana and Angola could provide a needed new market for this.
